Crab Rangoon
Giselle G.

I came her for lunch and it was such an unpleasant experience. First the ac was not working and it was hot. Then the food was ok but it was greasy. The crab Rangoon were not good. After I ate the food, it upset my stomach, I believe it was the grease. I will not come back here because it didn't agree with my stomach. I ate with other people and they liked the food.

Tofu Lo Mein, Beef with Broccoli and Miso Glazed Salmon (8.5/10)

Met up with friends and sometimes you just want a childhood staple and honestly, P.F. Chang's always hits. This one's inside the mall but has an outside entrance too. We didn't have a reservation but barely waited for a table for four. It was a warm day so I got their seasonal peach tea with boba. Don't sleep on this, it was fruity and super refreshing. For food, we got the tofu lo mein (8.5/10), honey glazed salmon (8/10), and beef with broccoli (8.5/10). All solid, big portions, and exactly what you expect. Listen, it's a classic and consistently good, generous plates, and a whole lot of MSG Would I eat here all the time? No. But I'll always come back every now and then.

This location was very spacious and clean. Had a nice bar and drinks looked cool. Our waiter was great, but the food was lacking. Nothing stood out except the pork baos which were good. Everything else was bland, especially the soups. May be a good spot for appetizers and drinks, but will not ve returning here for dinner.

It's a Cesar salad with crispy green beans appetizer.

Today I ate at PF Chang's. The service was awesome and the food was delicious. I ordered the spare ribs as an appetizer and the Mongolian Beef with salad and dessert. It was incredible. I had not been there for a while but I finally made my way back. The portions were very good but the dessert portion could have been a little more than the small cupcake size served. All in all, I really enjoyed it. The night was topped off with a good white wine and I was satisfied.

Chicken Terriyake with fried rice

After spending the day at the mall. I went for early dinner. The service was great. Our waiter kept checking in us and our food was served rapidly. I had the crunchy honey chicken and my son had the chicken terriyake. It was beyond good. The ambiance was mostly all family lies. The screens behind the bar had different sports on.

I'm so traumatized NEVER AGAIN. I should've learned when I seen the roach in the menu PLEASE SHUT DOWN

I used Uber eats to have the honey shrimp Mongolian beef and lettuce wraps . Delicious and I've eaten at the white plains location before and I'm Never disappointed. Great for a chain restaurant.

So, the food was good. Nothing wild, but hits the spot. However, the service was questionable. First, when you ask for a cup of hot water, be honest, typically what do you expect? A cup of hot water in like a tea cup or something right? Well, hold on to your pants, the "hot" water came out in a regular glass, typically used for cold beverages, and tasted like warm sink-tap water. In fact, it was warm water from the sink. Might as well just go to the bathroom with my cup and pour myself a warm cup of water. So, I ordered a tea for the Mrs. just to get an actual pot of hot water. However, when the "tea pot" came, lord behold, though the water was boiled this time, the pot had like two shot glasses of boiled water. But here is the kicker, I again asked for a glass of hot water for the tea pot to fill her up, what did we get?... boiled water, yes, but again, in a regular glass typicall used for cold drinks. On what planet do you think that is okay for obvious safety reason...especially if you have kids. But in any event, the stars are for the food, the lack of three stars is for ding, dong, and doh-doh. Get take out.

After that it was down hill. I found the beef sticks that people rave about overcooked, and so hard they could not be chewed. The sauce was also a turn off because the beef sticks were gratuitously over sweet. I literally tried to take one bite and gave up. I brought the container of beef sticks that I had been served, up to the counter. I explained about them.being overlooked, hard and not being able to chew them and the staff looked at me in disbelief. Nevertheless, they were gracious and offered to remake it. I said no thank you, and they asked if I wanted anything else instead, I was delighted for this offer. I requested another order of the utterly delicious sesame noodles, and they very kindly accomodated me. I also had the Thai fried rice, which was also something customers who wrote reviews raved about. For me the dish was a complete fail. There were a few delicious shrimp on top and mixed in, which I ate thinking that the dish was very promising. After that it was a treasure hunt. The rice was so dry and anything else in the container was tasteless, but I was super hungry. So I searched for the itsy bitsy pieces of pineapple and for the peas and some little pieces of chicken. All the vegetables were cut so small that you really couldn't taste them, except the peas. Even the pineapple was so so small it failed to flavor the dish. I would say after eating the few shrimp and picking out the pineapple and peas that 90% of the food remained in the container. They offered me a top for the container so I could take it home, but I declined, and I quietly l tossed it out when I left. It was just so dry and tasteless I didn't think that anything I might do to it at home to try to give it some taste, would make any difference. I don't recommend the food based on what I had except for the sole exception of the extraordinarily good sesame noodles.

However, the rest of the broad and deep menu is excellent as well. The rich Sweet Corn Chicken Soup is sweet, thick (but not gummy) and quite tasty. The pan fried dumplings were outstanding. They were perfectly cooked and well stuffed with minced pork and veggies. The Honey Walnut Shrimp were amazing - plump and perfectly dressed. Finally, the Sesame Chicken was amazing. Perfectly cooked but the best thing is that the chicken was moist, rich and flavorful. So, if we're ever back in White Plains, you know where we'll be dining.

The food wasn't bad--it was simply mediocre and underwhelming. The biggest issue was that several dishes were underseasoned and lacked the bold flavors I expect from a good Cantonese restaurant. The Yang Chow fried rice was especially bland and needed more seasoning. The har gow and several of the dim sum items also fell short of expectations. The steamed spare ribs and beef chow fun were okay but nothing memorable. The salt and pepper shrimp was probably the highlight of the meal, but it wasn't unique or better than what I've had at many other Chinese restaurants. Overall, the food was decent, but considering the restaurant's reputation, I expected much more. I don't regret trying it, but I wouldn't make a special trip back.
