I usually order delivery through the P.F. Chang's app, and most of the time it's easy and straightforward. This time, though, there was a mix-up with the Uber driver. It turned into one of those confusing double-order situations -- my food was delivered to the wrong place, and someone else's order showed up to me. Since I was at work and couldn't leave, I called the restaurant hoping they could send it back out. The manager walked me through my options: reorder and get refunded, come in for a replacement, or request a refund through Uber and then return later. I had already paid delivery fees and a tip, so placing another order wasn't ideal. After talking it through, he agreed to handle the refund and gave me the rewards contact info so I could recover my Chang's Cash, which I appreciated. The Uber driver actually came back and returned my food unopened, which I genuinely thought was noble. He was apologetic and respectful, and I appreciated the effort to make it right. I'll still continue using the app because it's convenient and reliable. I just think there's an opportunity to strengthen how delivery issues are handled when third-party services are involved. It wasn't perfect, but it wasn't ignored either -- and that balance is important.

This plate hit for me every time. I do not know how many times I have to say I miss Pei Wei, but their Kung Pao chicken was so good, we are excited that PF Chang's can still bring that now nostalgic taste to us. We came for Valentine's Day and knew to make reservations. We were at Shake Shack the week before and just walked over the reserve a spot for three of us. It was so slammed packed there were people out the door waiting, but we came a bit before the rush and ended up staying for multiple hours since there were so many people eating here and not a table to spare. I did not mind, it gave us a chance to people watch and enjoy. I was sad they did not have their garlic green beans at this time, but opted for the fried ones. They were perfectly crispy and the spicy mayo sauce was nice. My child had four servings of peach boba, thank you PF Chang's for bring out so many. I was excited to see that they have a rather extensive cheap cocktail menu. I tried a berry on and a Mai Tai, I did put a screen shop of what they were in case anyone was curious. Both were delicious and I would come back for the cocktails alone. My husband had the espresso martini but was not impressed. He felt it was not very strong, he's had better, but not the absolute worth. I imagine he would order something else. My child got her favorite ribs. They were saucy and succulent. Nice portion, she had three leftover. We tried the garlic noodles. Not bad. Hoped they would be close to the Disney Ohana noodles, but not quite, but a good side. I had the steak Kung Pao and my husband had the chicken. I was worried since it was stated that they changed their recipe, but they were both excellent and quite literally why I come here. Of course we had to get dessert. They had a new to us peanut butter pie which was creamy and delicious. It was a nice smaller yet cheaper dessert. But we did need the great wall of chocolate cake, because that is why we live for, a huge slab of cake that is chocolatey, creamy, fudgy and decadent. We did only eat about half the cake. We also all had leftovers of all of the dishes and were able to get an additional meal out of all of the them. They still had a nice portion size. Once again, I look forward to coming back. Please keep up the good quality, service, portion, price and deliciousness! (And cheap cocktails, lol, that was a nice new addition for me)!

The new boneless Korean fried chicken is a must order - we loved the crispy texture and flavor of the sauces provided on the side.

Valentines Date Night We had a reservation and were seated promptly. Our waitress greeted us to take a drink order, we hadn't looked at the drinks yet so we ordered water while we scanned the menu. Ordered a Tokyo Mule which was very good with a good ginger flavor and a Midnight something. It was very good but sweet, which I liked. Appetizer was lettuce wraps which were very good, although there could be more sauce. Mains were Pepper Steak w/ brown rice and Kung Pao Chicken w/ lo mein. Both entrees were delicious. We capped the meal with the Great Wall of Chocolate which was extremely large and delicious. Service was top notch, she was super friendly. Overall a great experience!!!

So I had one terrible experience 8/15/2025 7pm at P.F. Chang's in Rochester. I am allergic to milk products. I ordered Crispy Honey Chicken (which was on the on line allergy menu and I always get it) and well they brought my food to me and well it wasn't very sweet, and looked a little weird. I ate a couple pieces. It was very spicy. I asked the waitress if it was Crispy Honey Chicken. It was not. I advised her i was allergic to what they had brought me So she apologized and took it. About 5 mins later the manager shows up. He first apologized that it took me 5 mins to get the correct food then started talking down to me saying I should have asked for the allergy menu. (Remember they brought me the wrong food) and the food changes all the time. So I actually had to stop him and ask well did they change the Crispy Honey chicken to have milk in it? He said no. It doesn't have milk in it. This continued for another minute or so. I was actually horrified that he was talking to me this way. Your people brought me the wrong food. I ordered the correct food. I am not at fault. Of course on his business card that I took from the hostess I see he is the "operating partner" He offered nothing for the mistake. I paid full price still and I was sick for about 10 hours due to their mistake. I'm pretty mad right now.

I was welcomed by a nice lady at the register who took my order. She helped me with a couple of questions I had because I wanted to try something new but also wanted to get one of the Mozzarella Corn Dogs. I ordered a couple of tacos this time. Both were on the spicy side but not a lingering, hot spicy...just a quick "bite back" spicy, if you know what I mean. One was a Spicy Pork and the other was Chicken Teriyaki but both had a similar amount of spice. Might have been the sauce used. Hubby ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box. I grabbed a menu and began my search for my fated dish. Having always been a fan of teriyaki chicken, that's what I went ahead and ordered. The staff, in the little interaction I had was friendly and the food came out promptly. Unlike some teriyaki chicken, this was thankfully not fatty and made for a pleasant dining experience. The avocado was fresh, and the bottled sauces that were included offered incredible flavor! I would say, from the meal, my favorite dishes were the chicken itself the kimchi (which was extra) and the noodles pictured in the bottom right (which I do not know their name). They were cold, which I believe is how they are served but they were really good and meaty! The kimchi was delicious and paired SO well with the dish! My only complaints were with the rice and the drinks. I was not really a fan of the texture of the rice and the soda was a bit flat. Overall I would rate Kimchi box a 4/5. A charming and clean establishment in its own right and I would gladly go back, especially to have some revitalizing food on a cool rainy day!

Highlights from the table included: the Shrimp Tempura Hand Roll, the Spider roll and the Salmon roll. For me, the California King roll was the show stealer. Man, was I sorely disappointed. The place looks almost exactly the same: flags galore, with the exception of a few oddly-positioned, kitschy, ceramic statues. The difference is in the details. The menu is completely different. Sushi, which was the forte of the original Azumi, is no longer available. The menu consists of 8 or 9 combination plates which are displayed by pictures printed on a cheap printer and taped unevenly above the register. All combination plates seem to be different variations of the same 4 or 5 ingredients. If the limited menu wasn't disappointing enough, the taste of the food delivered the finishing blow. It wasn't great, not horrible either but the original owner had a much broader menu and the food was exceptional. So I guess today I went in with high expectations which were completed deflated by the time I left. Overall, I felt like I was eating in a cheap cafeteria. The miso soup came out first and was pretty standard. The Tako Su had large slices of octopus with plenty of cucumbers. It was decent, nothing standout. The gyoza was actually an accidental order because I thought I had ordered shumai. Looking back, I probably should've realized something was off when the server asked if I wanted them steamed or grilled. Ironically, they ended up being one of the better items. I took them home and even cold later on, they were still good. The sashimi appetizer had a nice variety and was probably one of the stronger dishes of the night. Unfortunately, the shumai completely missed the mark. It was very wet -- you can even see it in the photo -- and just not how shumai is supposed to be prepared. Personally, I think Asahi Sushi does this dish far better, including the sauce. The beef bibimbap was also disappointing for me. I love bibimbap served in a scorching hot stone bowl where the rice crisps up and caramelizes at the bottom. This lacked all of that. In my opinion, both Asahi Sushi and Sumo Sushi do bibimbap significantly better. If that's what you're craving, this wouldn't be my recommendation. As for the sushi rolls -- the S n T and White Tiger Roll -- they were just bland. Not terrible, not inedible, but very forgettable. Overall, my experience was okay, but nothing about it stood out enough to make me want to return. The servers were pleasant, but there were no recommendations or guidance offered, and the food never really moved beyond average. I ended up giving this place 2 stars for three main reasons: 1. The servers lacked recommendations or menu guidance. 2. The food overall was bland. 3. There are significantly better sushi options nearby. If you're looking for exceptional sushi, udon, and bibimbap, I'd personally recommend Asahi Sushi instead. It's only about 12 minutes away and, in my opinion, absolutely worth the drive for the quality, presentation, service, and overall experience.
