After a seamless order online experience, we had to rush to assist my MIL who was in an accident. After asking if we could hold or cancel our order, the wonderful employee who answered said they could hold our order and even remake it once we were free to pick up. Our server also brought over GF Soy Sauce. I thoroughly enjoyed my food. It was flavorful, and I thought the portion size was reasonable. The party I came with wasn't a fan of their main dishes but they loved their crispy green beans! Our server was knowledge of the menu and courteous towards the table. Hand Folded Crab Wontons 3/10- really crispy but the crab tasted almost like tuna and cream cheese. Kung Pao Brussel 8/10 -These were so good! They were charred and served with chilli pods and peanuts! I would order this every time. Chang Chicken Lettuce Wrap- 6/10- I would call these chang water chestnut wraps. Chicken was tiny and limited compared the the walnuts. Lettuce was iceberg and kinda small. Good texture and tatse though. Spicy Tuna Roll- 8/10 it was good! No complaints and it is what it said. Went here for a casual supper on a Friday night. The atmosphere was great! It definitely felt like an effort was made to make the place more classy than a typical Chinese joint. You could spend less for much better food at many other Asian cuisine places. That being said, the food was good. The potstickers were great! I would get them again in a heartbeat! They are also half off on Monday, so they might be worth the trip in to grab a nice cocktail or Asian imported beer. The fried rice was really good, and the sesame chicken was as well. Definitely superior to other Chinese chain restaurants, but at a steep price. The main courses do not come with rice, you have to buy that separately. It all started with our lovely hostess lindsey she was very welcoming. I loved the Ambiance as the lighting was dim and was fancy. I liked where we were sat we could see all. We watched everyone eat. I've had multiple good experiences at P.F. Chang's, however tragically tonight was my worse experience. Staff wasn't pleasant and often absent from the floor totally. Our waters weren't filled once and no y any servers even walked by that we could have asked to fill them. Portions were smaller then what I've ever experienced. For me the worse part was that our rice was gummy. What upscale nice Asian restaurant serves gummy rice?!? For me it was embarrassing and pathetic. I would expect overcooked gummy rice at a lower scale restaurant, not P.F. Chang's. Was our entrees good besides the rice, yes! My entrees was small but perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I'm not sure where to begin? My mom wanted to meet here with my aunt visiting from out of state this afternoon for lunch so I did. I haven't been to one of these for maybe 12 years or so? I remember the food and the whole experience being "nicer". I remember a flavorful vegetarian dish I used to get with mushrooms and carrots and wide noodles can't recall the name anyway that's gone. The vegetarian options was maybe 4 things I ordered glass noodle stir fry. She asked if I wanted to add a "protein" I said tofu but I shouldn't have. It was deep friend in some kinda lardy tasting batter. Kinda gross and I can't imagine ever wanting tofu prepared in that manner-and I think my noodles were heated in water and not properly drained as the whole dish was what I'd describe as watery. Also I think $23 is beyond excessive for such a dish. If it was good I could easily have finished it myself size wise. I dunno. I feel bad writing this but I can see I'm not the only one who thinks this. You guys are gonna fold if you don't straighten this out. No complaints here, especially for happy hour! Yo can't come to this location without getting the lettuce wraps, and luckily they're only $6 from 3-6 Monday through Friday. I usually come and just get lettuce wraps, then split some sushi (also on happy hour menu) with the group. Makes for a super cheap night with really good food! Staff is always accommodating at this location. Food came up super quick and waters were never less than half full which is great. This location is a good size compared to others, more open feel than I've seen which is great. Same cool architecture you expect from a P.F. Chang's. Haven't sat at the bar but they have a nice rounded bar towards the back of the restaurant which faves the kitchen, cool design. Will continue to come back. This place is pretty good, it's more trendy than authentic. But the food was tasty with decent flavor! The atmosphere is a typical sit down restaurant with wait staff and order at the table service. Our service was good, the waiter forgot to place an order, but the fix was quick and he was friendly and apologetic, so no worries. The food came out quickly and it was decently busy, so that was great. The lettuce wrap appetizer is so so yummy. I've heard about these and this was my first try, so good. The handmade pan fried pork dumplings were delicious, I'd go back just for these alone. I also ordered shrimp lo mein, which was very tasty, good flavor and decent sauce/noodle ratio. It was a bit greasy, but overall a dish I'd order again. The menu says the dishes are family style; they are decent size portions, enough to share with a few people if you get more than one. I'd say if you came hungry, you could probably eat one entree alone. Food was delicious, however the host was rude and there was caked on food one one of our forks. We ordered the bulgogi steak, Mongolian beef, Mongolian pot stickers, chicken fried rice, street noodles and lettuce wraps. Everything was absolutely delicious! My favorite was the lettuce wraps, for the price you get a lot and it has by far been the best I've had at any restaurant! The housemade ginger ale was very good, I've had a housemade one at another restaurant and it was absolutely terrible. I could drink the one here forever! Was not happy that one of our sets of cutlery had dried food caked into it. I think they should check before wrapping them up and setting them out. I know it's hard with how much you go through in a day, but it's just not sanitary... The host that sat us was very rude, like she didn't even want to be there. We asked nicely to be at a different table to accommodate our group size and a high chair, and she immediately told us no. We just left P.F. Chang's in the middle of a 30 min wait. We noticed that the restaurant was 30% empty which was weird because the lobby was full of people waiting to be sat. A couple came in and heard the wait time. They left and stood outside (which I thought was weird) and made a reservation for right then. They came back in and got sat right away, despite the hostess recognizing them. The service/system that they have in place is ridiculous. My family left and we won't be back. The mediocre food isn't worth it. I can't believe this happened in front of the whole lobby of people waiting patiently. read more

Overall experience is 4 stars, Food is more like 3.5 stars. I like PF Changs for the atmosphere and trendy vibe, it's a fun place to go with a group of friends. The food is Asian Fusion with some pretty good flavors but don't expect to find authentic Chinese dishes here. The menu has a wide variety to choose from and offers a great selection for vegetarian and gluten free options. They often have changes in the menu or dishes that they feature seasonally. Their big seller is the Chicken Lettuce Wraps appetizer which can also be enough food for a small meal. Personally, I think the lettuce wraps are good but not worth all the hype. My most recent visit was with 3 of my friends for a Friday night out. We had reservations and were seated within a few minutes of arriving. Service from the host and server were excellent, attentive and friendly. It was very busy and somewhat loud but since we were sitting at one of the booths along the side it felt more intimate. We shared the Crispy Green Bean appetizer- lightly battered and not too greasy, the dipping sauce was creamy and had a hint of spice. We ordered Vegetable Lo Mein, Dynamite Shrimp, and one of my go-to's here- Beef a la Sichuan (with extra beef). Everything came out in a timely manner and things tasted good. Sometimes the dishes here can be overly oily and salty but not today. I like their simple presentation and dishes. Take-out orders can be called in or ordered online. There are 5-6 reserved parking spots located just across from the side of the restaurant where you can pull up and go in to pick up your order or it will be carried out to your car by an employee. The only dessert that is really note worthy is their six layered "Great Wall of Chocolate" cake with fresh berries and sauce. I travel to the area every other week for work. During the height of Covid I pretty much only ate at places that I felt took it seriously (only to avoid getting sick while out of town). Long story short I started to come here and really like the food and service. I am honestly surprised by some of the reviews I see because I haven't had a bad server or food. We stopped at P.F. Chang's recently for dinner. While the staff was friendly and attentive, the recipes have been changed for the worse. It used to be amazing, fresh, and a great meal out. We ordered some favorite items from the past and some new items. We were very disappointed. Recipes were simplified, seasoning/sauces were horribly out of balance, fried items had a faint taste of rancid oil, and multiple items were old prepared long in advance. Nothing special. Went on a Friday night around 6 pm. The menu said "served family style" so I expected larger portions! I don't know why they bothered with 2 plates. High priced drinks. Service efficient but not super friendly. We sat at the high tops in the bar rather than wait 35 minutes for a regular table. They did have awesome reusable chop sticks! I feel the service and food quality have declined. We used to frequent the Maple Grove location at least once a week. We always enjoyed being served by Haley at the bar. Tonight, Jenifer was there. She appeared overwhelmed by the orders and the tables she was serving. I sat at the bar by myself for fifteen minutes before she even stopped to bring a menu and asked if I wanted something to drink. I enjoyed my beer but Jenifer decided she didn't need to take a food order. Another fifteen minutes before she stopped back. I had nearly left by this time. I decided to order the Shrimp Kung Pao. When it arrived, it was half celery and a third whole chili peppers. The shrimp in the dish were greasy and overcooked. I still left a 20% tip because I always do. read more

Extremely unprofessional and unaccommodating. I walked in not having a mask with me and the male manager at the front said it's state law and mandatory. I said I am happy to follow whatever guidelines they have to abide in order to stay open but I do not have a mask with me and I will need a disposable mask to walk to the bar. The older manager at the host stand said that they don't provide those and told me I have to leave as he pointed to the door. Horrible customer service, especially from management. Aren't they supposed to set the standard?. It may be helpful to note that the average cost of disposable masks is 10 cents or less. Think about the ROI on a $80-100 tab.
