What happened??? I am not one to write a bad review but something has happened to PF Changs. We have been going to the Maple Grove location for years with some years ordering at least monthly. It's been at least a year since we ordered food but decided to give it a try again after a long hiatus. We ordered a couple of chicken entry's and the peppered steak with fried rice. The chicken and sauce were slimy and mushy with the steak tasting the same. The fried rice looked half fried and half white with really no vegetables or egg. They charged $4.50 for this small portion of half attempted fried rice. The food tasted awful. Nothing like what it use to taste like. It use to be somewhat crisp with a nice sauce. Did they change their ingredients? What the heck happened? So sorry to see this as I really loved their food. read more

I ordered the peking duck Crisped duck, julienned vegetables, roti flatbread, chili paste, hoisin for delivery, outstanding meal. I duck meat was crispy on the outside skin but juicy on the inside of it. The rice was damn good as well and well worth the $40, tip included in that total. I will certainly order from P.F. Chang's against and again. read more

I've had many experiences at P.F. Chang's, and the majority of them are good! I love how P.F. Chang's has Gluten Free options available. I got the GF Shrimp with Lobster Sauce. Our server also brought over GF Soy Sauce. I thoroughly enjoyed my food. It was flavorful, and I thought the portion size was reasonable. The party I came with wasn't a fan of their main dishes but they loved their crispy green beans! Our server was knowledge of the menu and courteous towards the table. He was attentive, making sure we had water and enough rice to go around. He knew which foods would be suitable for me considering I am gluten intolerant. P.F. Chang's is a restaurant that I would keep coming back to time and time again! read more

We were there on a Friday evening 6:45 reservations. Restaurant was busy but not full (empty tables visible). Server took drink order and appetizer order. All good. Later came back and took rest of order. We ordered Hot & Sour soup for the table. And we ordered entrees, one member in party ordered Lettuce Wraps (which is on appetizer menu). The lettuce wraps were brought out and nothing else. The woman who ordered them had eaten all of her dinner before they brought the rest of our meals. The tried to bring us an additional entree we hadn't ordered. About 5 minutes after entrees were served, they brought out the soup. Menus are QR code or onetime use paper menus. But later they came and collected the paper copies we had because they needed them for another group that was coming in. Huh? One entree was Buddha's Feast, a vegetarian option with tofu. The meal had a scant amount of tofu, and very large pieces of Broccoli. When we got the bill, the extra entree was on there. Server had dropped of bill and left saying I could pay by scanning QR code. So I had to track server down to get this removed from the bill. And there was nasty looking crumbs/crud in the Crack the the table wings. read more

This is my first time from PF change and they definitely did not disappoint. Huge potions . 2 entrees will definitely suffice for 3 adults. Be EY tasty vegetarian food with brown rice options. Not too salty or spicy. Strongly recommended if you around maple grove and are craving some quick and tasty food . The pickup from DoorDash was also good . read more

Service was good, as was the ambiance. The quality of the food is acceptable, but the prices are higher than the food quality.

Just an observation and a suggestion, If you would like to retain new customers, especially ones that just moved into the area, acknowledge them when they are sitting at the bar. Just moved with my company to the area, never been to P.F. Changs, so I thought I would go for lunch, by myself. I was greeted by two very friendly ladies and I asked if I could sit at the bar, they said no problem. When I sat down there were 3 people at the bar and 2 at a high top. The bartender seemed very busy making drinks and helping other customers, TOTALLY acknowledge that he is in a mode. If you see someone at your bar that is just sitting there make an effort to acknowledge them and say I will be right with you. That goes a long way. I was in the service industry for about 7 years, so I totally understand being in a groove, but I also made sure I was checking my surroundings. First impressions are true. After waiting for about 10 minutes and not being acknowledged I left. Upon leaving the nice ladies in the front siad "leaving so early?" I said " The bartender seems really busy" Usually someone would say something other then " Well, have a good day" I would expect "maybe he did not see you, could I get a drink order from you ?" or " Come and sit at the bar and I will let him know you are here for lunch"? Like I said they were very nice, but thought there could have been more done. Anyways, food looked good! Too bad I didnt have any. read more

After a seamless order online experience, we had to rush to assist my MIL who was in an accident. After asking if we could hold or cancel our order, the wonderful employee who answered said they could hold our order and even remake it once we were free to pick up. Upon arrival, they had remade our food, it was hot and delicious. They then included a free GF souffle and ice cream. They were so helpful once we arrived and even offered help/food if we needed it based on the circumstances. An amazing experience, great employees, delicious food, and GF! THANKS PFCHANGS read more

Medium Prices. Great presentation. Fresh food. Great atmosphere. Bold delicious flavors. Don't always come here because of the price tag. A lot of a the dishes are worth the $15 I would say though. You can get their famous lettuce wraps for $6 during happy hour. Definitely a great place for a fancier night out when you're not in the mood for the traditional steak house atmosphere. read more

I stopped by for my first PF Changs experience during their Happy Hour. We got a pitcher of the sake sangria, a pitcher of beer, and a bunch of apps. Hand Folded Crab Wontons 3/10- really crispy but the crab tasted almost like tuna and cream cheese. Kung Pao Brussel 8/10 -These were so good! They were charred and served with chilli pods and peanuts! I would order this every time. Chang Chicken Lettuce Wrap- 6/10- I would call these chang water chestnut wraps. Chicken was tiny and limited compared the the walnuts. Lettuce was iceberg and kinda small. Good texture and tatse though. Spicy Tuna Roll- 8/10 it was good! No complaints and it is what it said. Steamed Shrimp dunpling- 5/10 basic and forgettable Service was good but there were times when they took a little long to check in. We enjoyed our time and I would go back. read more

Have been to PF Changs many times & I would not recommend this location. Crisp green beans were greasy & under cooked. The lettuce wraps tasted like smoke. We returned them & the new ones tasted the same. Salt & Pepper Shrimp & Orange Chicken were both soggy. Beef & broccoli was ok. I didn't use the restroom but 3 other ladies at my table said it was not well maintained read more

We love chinese food. Not good chinese. Service was extremely slow. Food tasted like it was cooked in a dirty wok. Pools of oil in bottom of the plate. Dumplings were small for the price. Price on main courses was about 1.5x what it should be. They charged $4.50 for this small portion of fried rice. Food made us sick the next day. Ambiance was beautiful. read more

Went here for a casual supper on a Friday night. The atmosphere was great! It definitely felt like an effort was made to make the place more classy than a typical Chinese joint. Was the food better than a normal Chinese restaurant? Absolutely, but you are paying a premium for it. The price is pretty steep for what you get. You could spend less for much better food at many other Asian cuisine places. That being said, the food was good. The potstickers were great! I would get them again in a heartbeat! They are also half off on Monday, so they might be worth the trip in to grab a nice cocktail or Asian imported beer. The fried rice was really good, and the sesame chicken was as well. Definitely superior to other Chinese chain restaurants, but at a steep price. The main courses do not come with rice, you have to buy that separately. Overall, it was better than most Chinese places, but I'd rather get what I paid for and go with a lower level restaurants. read more

My wife and I had been going to this location since it opened two decades ago. We ordered the Honey chicken. Our son and his roommate had ordered the same thing. Three of the four of us threw up. when I contacted them to tell them about this, they basically called us liars. We will never give them our business again. read more

We used to really like this restaurant, very much. Then it went downhill. I am so happy to say that they are back with very good food!!!! If you have stayed away, give them another chance. read more

Friendly service and food was good. Did the family of 4 and not enough soup to go around. Other items were plenty.

I've had multiple good experiences at P.F. Chang's, however tragically tonight was my worse experience. Staff wasn't pleasant and often absent from the floor totally. Our waters weren't filled once and no y any servers even walked by that we could have asked to fill them. Portions were smaller then what I've ever experienced. For me the worse part was that our rice was gummy. What upscale nice Asian restaurant serves gummy rice?!? For me it was embarrassing and pathetic. I would expect overcooked gummy rice at a lower scale restaurant, not P.F. Chang's. Was our entrees good besides the rice, yes! My entrees was small but perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We ended up just telling ourselves we ordered sticky rice. Overall it was a sad experience for a restaurant that produces much higher quality of products then what we received. read more

Terrible food that makes you sick. Even had a piece of metal in our shrimp fried rice. Don't go here. Rude service as well.

This is my first time ordering from P.F. Chang. I ordered a pepper steak entrees with extra beef and paid $23.50. The portion that I got was very small, more like a bowl, and it not worth my money. An entree should be larger than this. The food taste okay, not the best. I was hoping it to be more of a stir fry dish just like it's shown on the picture. So I'm little disappointed. read more

It all started with our lovely hostess lindsey she was very welcoming. I loved the Ambiance as the lighting was dim and was fancy. I liked where we were sat we could see all. We watched everyone eat. The food was bussin, through we shouldve gotten more rice for the amount of food. Lettuce wraps were ight , a lot overhyped...good but not that good. It was my friends birthfay and our waiter was kind enough to get us a cake on the house which was delish, just wish it had some ice cream and less chocolate chips. read more

No complaints here, especially for happy hour! Yo can't come to this location without getting the lettuce wraps, and luckily they're only $6 from 3-6 Monday through Friday. I usually come and just get lettuce wraps, then split some sushi (also on happy hour menu) with the group. Makes for a super cheap night with really good food! Staff is always accommodating at this location. Food came up super quick and waters were never less than half full which is great. This location is a good size compared to others, more open feel than I've seen which is great. Same cool architecture you expect from a P.F. Chang's. Haven't sat at the bar but they have a nice rounded bar towards the back of the restaurant which faves the kitchen, cool design. Will continue to come back. Located in the arbor shopping center which makes it difficult for parking sometimes but it's not awful depending on the times read more

This place is pretty good, it's more trendy than authentic. But the food was tasty with decent flavor! The atmosphere is a typical sit down restaurant with wait staff and order at the table service. Our service was good, the waiter forgot to place an order, but the fix was quick and he was friendly and apologetic, so no worries. The food came out quickly and it was decently busy, so that was great. The lettuce wrap appetizer is so so yummy. I've heard about these and this was my first try, so good. The handmade pan fried pork dumplings were delicious, I'd go back just for these alone. I also ordered shrimp lo mein, which was very tasty, good flavor and decent sauce/noodle ratio. It was a bit greasy, but overall a dish I'd order again. The menu says the dishes are family style; they are decent size portions, enough to share with a few people if you get more than one. I'd say if you came hungry, you could probably eat one entree alone. The prices are decent, seemingly a bit high for certain items, but overall fairly comparable to the restaurants in the area. read more

Really nice inside and friendly professional staff but the food quality is poor. Frozen and reheated from the grocery store is not only a fourth of the price but way better tasting as well. Around $20 for noodles with barely any meat, a smell but no taste and dried out plastic-y green onions. Truly foul. Plain boiled spaghetti noodles would have been better. Used to love this place but has just gone down hill. Food was delicious, however the host was rude and there was caked on food one one of our forks. We ordered the bulgogi steak, Mongolian beef, Mongolian pot stickers, chicken fried rice, street noodles and lettuce wraps. Everything was absolutely delicious! My favorite was the lettuce wraps, for the price you get a lot and it has by far been the best I've had at any restaurant! The housemade ginger ale was very good, I've had a housemade one at another restaurant and it was absolutely terrible. I could drink the one here forever! Was not happy that one of our sets of cutlery had dried food caked into it. I think they should check before wrapping them up and setting them out. I know it's hard with how much you go through in a day, but it's just not sanitary... The host that sat us was very rude, like she didn't even want to be there. We asked nicely to be at a different table to accommodate our group size and a high chair, and she immediately told us no. Hearing no from someone is fine and I understand, but it was the tone she gave us that was the problem. Will definitely be back for the food, hopefully with a better staff experience. read more

I'm not sure where to begin? My mom wanted to meet here with my aunt visiting from out of state this afternoon for lunch so I did. I haven't been to one of these for maybe 12 years or so? I remember the food and the whole experience being "nicer". I remember a flavorful vegetarian dish I used to get with mushrooms and carrots and wide noodles can't recall the name anyway that's gone. The vegetarian options was maybe 4 things I ordered glass noodle stir fry. She asked if I wanted to add a "protein" I said tofu but I shouldn't have. It was deep friend in some kinda lardy tasting batter. Kinda gross and I can't imagine ever wanting tofu prepared in that manner-and I think my noodles were heated in water and not properly drained as the whole dish was what I'd describe as watery. Also I think $23 is beyond excessive for such a dish. If it was good I could easily have finished it myself size wise. I dunno. I feel bad writing this but I can see I'm not the only one who thinks this. You guys are gonna fold if you don't straighten this out. Server overheard my mom say something about my bday and did bring me a free cake which was nice and very pretty on the plate but it was so so dry. I like cake tho. read more

Everything was cold and I mean everything We ordered sweet-and-sour chicken and honey crispy chicken and figured we'd split Buddha veggies they were cold and not steamed at all raw like right out of the fridge with water poured on them I expected my honey crispy chicken to be frozen in the middle because the outside was so cold nothing was steaming nothing was hot what a terrible first experience read more

Food is boilerplate P. F. Chang, well maybe lacking a bit in flavor, but the service was not great...

Waiter was very nice food was the worst we have ever had seemed like it came out of a frozen bag from the freezer. Sweet and sour chicken had no taste the vegetables were mushy just like the chicken it wasn't fresh and had no taste same as the lemon chicken and kung pow chicken that was supposed to be shrimp. We will never be back and apparently 2 chefs walked off the job the day before so we sat for over an hour for cold mushy tasteless food. read more

Overall experience is 4 stars, Food is more like 3.5 stars. I like PF Changs for the atmosphere and trendy vibe, it's a fun place to go with a group of friends. The food is Asian Fusion with some pretty good flavors but don't expect to find authentic Chinese dishes here. The menu has a wide variety to choose from and offers a great selection for vegetarian and gluten free options. They often have changes in the menu or dishes that they feature seasonally. Their big seller is the Chicken Lettuce Wraps appetizer which can also be enough food for a small meal. Personally, I think the lettuce wraps are good but not worth all the hype. My most recent visit was with 3 of my friends for a Friday night out. We had reservations and were seated within a few minutes of arriving. Service from the host and server were excellent, attentive and friendly. It was very busy and somewhat loud but since we were sitting at one of the booths along the side it felt more intimate. We shared the Crispy Green Bean appetizer- lightly battered and not too greasy, the dipping sauce was creamy and had a hint of spice. We ordered Vegetable Lo Mein, Dynamite Shrimp, and one of my go-to's here- Beef a la Sichuan (with extra beef). Everything came out in a timely manner and things tasted good. Sometimes the dishes here can be overly oily and salty but not today. I like their simple presentation and dishes. Take-out orders can be called in or ordered online. There are 5-6 reserved parking spots located just across from the side of the restaurant where you can pull up and go in to pick up your order or it will be carried out to your car by an employee. The only dessert that is really note worthy is their six layered "Great Wall of Chocolate" cake with fresh berries and sauce. I've splurged once or twice by stopping by and paying the $10 just to get a huge piece of this cake to-go! read more

I travel to the area every other week for work. During the height of Covid I pretty much only ate at places that I felt took it seriously (only to avoid getting sick while out of town). Long story short I started to come here and really like the food and service. I am honestly surprised by some of the reviews I see because I haven't had a bad server or food. We just left P.F. Chang's in the middle of a 30 min wait. We noticed that the restaurant was 30% empty which was weird because the lobby was full of people waiting to be sat. A couple came in and heard the wait time. They left and stood outside (which I thought was weird) and made a reservation for right then. They came back in and got sat right away, despite the hostess recognizing them. The service/system that they have in place is ridiculous. My family left and we won't be back. The mediocre food isn't worth it. I can't believe this happened in front of the whole lobby of people waiting patiently. read more

Nothing special. Went on a Friday night around 6 pm. The menu said "served family style" so I expected larger portions! I don't know why they bothered with 2 plates. High priced drinks. Service efficient but not super friendly. We sat at the high tops in the bar rather than wait 35 minutes for a regular table. They did have awesome reusable chop sticks! There was more ginger in my sweet and sour chicken than my hubby's ginger chicken with broccoli. I will go to my local Asian family owned resturants before I ever come back to PF Changs! read more

My husband received an email for a free Kung Pao chicken dinner with a purchase of another dinner as a one night only promotion. My hubby and I sat at the bar and the bartender Amanda promptly brought us menus and took our drink order. We ordered chicken lettuce wraps as an appetizer. They were quickly delivered hot and fresh. Amanda was super busy but we never felt neglected for one second. She was really one of the best bartending servers I have ever seen in action. The other waitstaff had their drink orders waiting for them and the people at the bar were not waiting long for her attention. We placed our dinner order and it was fantastic. My husband had the Kung Pao Chicken and I had the Honey Crispy Chicken. Both meals were delicious. The only hicup was that our server Amanda was needing the code from the email we received to enter it into the register for the discount, but the email didn't provide a code. We clicked on the link in the email and it took us to your website with a prompt to log in. We did, but the site stated that we had to update our password in order to access our account. So, we attempted multiple times to do this. We NEVER received the change of password email. We tried to log in via Facebook and still received the same error message. We were getting really frustrated with this process. The app and website shouldn't be this difficult to navigate. Thank goodness we had Amanda as our server. She took down our phone number and email and was able to find the code for the offer that was sent to us and applied the discount. We left her a large tip. We will be back and hope to have her serve us again. read more
