The day I visited, the restaurant was SO HOT inside. I was meeting a friend for lunch so we stuck it out. The table felt dirty/sticky and one of our utensils had food caked on it. It's been a long while since we have been to a P F Chang's. Thought we would give Happy Hour a try at this new location close to our house. $5 cocktails, including a Margarita which each of the three of us ordered. The Margarita was actually very good. However, the bartender, Aleanna, seemingly made 2 Margaritas and dispersed them between our 3 glasses. Two of the glasses were about a third full and one glass was less than half full. When we asked her about it she laughed and said that one had less ice..... or more ice? in it and promised they all had the same amount. We saw her pause in wonder looking at the drinks after pouring them out into the glasses at the end of the bar. Not sure why she didn't correct her error. It will be another long while before we attempt to try P F Changs again. There are a lot of other places to choose from, particularly in the Alliance area, to put up with lame service. read more

How do you server cold to Luke warm food for $150. Service was great, but that's where everything stopped. Service can only deliver the food that's up. The kitchen should be replaced. They really can't figure out the lighting in this place either; Sweet and sour chicken...luke warm, Mongolian chicken luke warm. Noodles cold. We will never come back here! We stopped in and tried the new location the other night and left happy. The food wasn't all that great but the atmosphere was good and the service phenomenal. Alex was our server and from start to finish, he was amazing. The beef in the Mongolian dish was extremely tough. The chicken in the lettuce wraps was bland, dry and nothing like other locations. We ordered food to go and it was not good. The Buddha Tofu on the menu is nasty. The service of the manager tonight 6/17 is very rude and not willing to listen to customer. The manager claims that all main course orders are always served with steamed rice but that is not how it is when we go and eat at the restaurant. I also checked the menu... there is nothing that says all main course meals come with white rice. I thought it was optional and if we did not ask for it they should not force it on us. We actually ordered fried rice and lo mein separately . When I tried to explain it to this manager he was not willing to listen and he in so many words just said too bad... we serve everything to go with white rice and that's it. I was surprised because this is not the first time we ordered take our from them. We always got our main course meal family style and therefore enough to share and feed my family of four. Even my husband said he didn't understand why they gave us separate containers like every course is one meal for one person. I would never go back to order food to go at this restaurant unless you want to take chances. And please do not order the Buddha Tofu. It is nasty and flavorless. None of us could eat it. read more

We visited about a month ago and were so disappointed. We sat at the bar, the restaurant was not busy, but service was very slow. The food was ok, but not as good as we remembered. Our biggest complaint was the lack of attention. When we were served the handmade dumplings, the plate was left just outside our reach on the bar top. My wife reached to pull it closer, and burned her finger tips, as we were not told the plate was hot. We asked them for a glass of ice water so she could submerge her fingers. No one spoke to us about the issue, and when we brought it to the attention of the manager as we were leaving, she asked if we wanted some ice. We let her know we were very disappointed in our experience and that it was inexcusable that a customer is not warned about a serving plate hot enough that it creates a blistering burn. We were so excited to have a PF CHANG's closer to our home, but the lack of attention tells us they don't want our business. read more

The Chinese food place in the mall court has better food. Spare ribs super dry, calamari chewy and probably frozen, Pad Thai... just terrible. Lacks the old PF Chang ambiance overall. The food was delicious. However, we were charged $4.50 for a bowl of rice. We assumed it came with the salt and pepper shrimp. The waitress told me she had them put some broccoli on my dish the Ma Po Tofu. I said the picture shows that it comes with broccoli. What? My placemat was dirty. Lastly, our drinks. Ate here a couple weeks ago and it was my first and last time eating at PF Chang's. I was excited for this place to open so close to home and wanted to like it but this place was awful on every level. Service is so slow! It seems crazy for it to be so slow when you see the amount of staff they have. I know they're new and trying to train and what not but when I see other employees just standing around, including managers, that's where my patience is lost. We were there for over 2.5 hours. It only took us about 20-30 minutes to actually eat because by the time we got our food we were so hungry. All of the other time was spent just waiting at our table. The food was terrible and the drinks were just as bad and really lacking alcohol. We will not be back. read more

I don't usually leave reviews but I was a little disappointed in my experience with a newer restaurant. Appetizer was never delivered so we canceled it. The meat in my meal was dried out and over cooked. The wait staff wasn't very attentive and slow and the restaurant wasn't that busy. We had to get our own to go box after we asked twice for it but that wasn't hard since it was right next to our table. This work station was very sloppy to be right next to customers. Sorry to say but this place is terrible. The food is either bland or over seasoned. Singapore noodles were so salty that even I couldn't eat them and I salt everything. The Rice was so undercooked it was crunchy! The service was polite but super slow. Food arrived in pieces with some entrées arriving missing items... like rice;) How do you forget rice!;) ... The last straw was the payment method.. instead of coming around with a machine or taking our credit card ... they told us to use our phone to scan the code at the bottom of our bills... this takes you to a website where you need to put in all your credit card information... There is no easy way to scan your credit card either... you literally have to type it out manually ...this might be fine if your young but elderly parents needed help, which the waitress did not offer. This is not acceptable. It's a restaurant not a self-serve cash. This killed the ambiance and any possibility of this being a enjoyable experience. No reason to come here I can order from Uber Eats and don't have to type out my credit card details. But based on the quality of the food I will never order from this location! read more

We ordered an appetizer, sushi, 3 entrees for 4 people. Plenty of food and all delicious! I love the variety of dishes and ingredients they offer. It's obvious that they use high quality and fresh ingredients in each dish. The couches and pillow made our seating experience even more special! Our server was especially gracious and helpful. When we hesitated on dessert, she gently encouraged us to try it. Eventually our dessert was on the house since we had a birthday recently and she wanted to help us celebrate! We tried the banana spring rolls with custom coconut-pineapple ice cream (made just for P.F. Chang)! It was exotic and delicious! We'll definitely be back! read more

Food was good. Service was dismal at best. People slovenly dressed or just didn't care how to show up to work. We love PF Changes but we are sorely disappointed at the one in Alliance, Fort Worth. Food is greasy to the point you can see the oil pooling at the bottom of the bowl, rice both white and fried one are undercooked. And in the child's plate of chicken fried rice the chicken was non existent. The wait staff was very helpful and friendly but the kitchen has a lot to be desired. My Husband and I went on a Saturday night and left the restaurant 3 hours later. The wait was horrible! We waited an hour to get to the table, which I understand it's a new location and we went on a Saturday night. This was our first time into the new location. Haven't been in a few years to the one in Grapevine but missed the food. We had Heidi as our server and she was lovely and tended to us with excellent customer service! Definitely worth the 15 minute wait to be sat and the food was just as good as I remember it. My husband and I just left dinner pretty disappointed. $100 dinner for 2 appetizers, 1 kid meal, 1 alcoholic drink and 1 entree. The price was not the problem if everything else would have held to the pricing standards. Food came out lukewarm on all dishes. Calamari was very chewy. Steamed broccoli and ketchup that we asked for 3 different times and never made it to the table. Never refilled any beverages without being asked 2-3 times. The server didn't understand their handheld device (which took ordering everything longer then it took us to even sit and eat), the server was also unsure of what they were out of at the time, the server kept trying to take the plates of food away with food still there and the server was untrained in what can or cannot be removed from dishes. Maybe this was nerves or lack of training? One plus, the food runner Don was helpful to the best of his ability. We ended up leaving an additional tip for him because he was the only real plus in this dinning experience. He saw what was going on and did everything he could to help/correct the lack of service such as refill the drinks, checked for broccoli and gave my kiddo ketchup after we had asked 2-3 times. I get it, you just opened but we thought after a few weeks of running things would have been a little more put together or at least the energy/effort would have been there, even if there were a few problems or hiccups along the way I wouldn't have taken the time to write a review but this was just upsetting. It'll be a while (if ever) we return to this location. Haven't had any problems with the other P.F. Chang's but it's a 30 minute drive to the other locations, which is why we were so excited about this one being so close. read more

What a wonderfully lucky treat! Opening weekend (we weren't aware but the parking lot sure showed it) and everything was absolutely perfect! Walked in and found seats at the bar! Kung Pao Brussels a must and the Sesame Chicken and the Kung Pao Shrimp - go for the upgrade to fried rice- were fabulous! Tokyo Mule hit the spot but those Japanese Old Fashioneds -- dang! Being it was either their first or second day open, typical opening-day experience: waaaayyyy too much staff but, again, opening days. Some hiccups as far as seating and too much checking in from other servers and managers. Now, when it came to our server, she was very nice and knowledgeable and just the right amount of conversation. Food was very good. No complaints there at all. Wishing we would've order an app. as we watched another table get the, what we think was, dumplings and sounded and looked yummy. We'll definitely be back but maybe in another month to see how things have settled when it comes to staff. Again, great food!! And great prices for what you get. read more

Started off ok but server was forgetful and I had to ask for sweetener twice before he brought it to the table. When I asked the second time, he didn't even apologize for forgetting the first time. My husband tried to order several different kinds of beers and they were out of literally everything. Blamed it on Father's Day weekend but shouldn't they have plans for that? Next incident that happened was that our meal was served and my husband received steamed rice rather than the brown rice that was ordered. He asked the waiter about it, and the waiter told him that they were also out of brown rice. he offered to upgrade my husband to fried rice, but my husband did not want to have fried rice so he said he would stick with the steamed rice that was served. The next thing that you know the guy is walking away, shaking his head at us. That is one I decided I needed to take things into my own hands. I summoned the restaurant manager over. I explained everything that had just transpired and he apologized profusely and told us he would send another waiter over to take care of us for the rest of our meal. His name is Dave and I have to say that his approach and apology changed everything for us. At the end of the day I have to give this place three stars for the food but knocked off two stars for everything else.
