Currys have now moved P.C. World into the Store at The Place Milton Keynes. Because of the change I stupidly thought the service would be better. How wrong can one be? So I bought a television from them and when I got it home it have a thick line down the left side of the screen. I took the television back to Currys Milton Keynes at The Place and waited for nearly an hour to get to the customer service desk. Their were so many people in the queue and all were complaining about one thing or another. When I was finally granted an audience I explained the problem. They told me that only happens when the T.V. is dropped so they would not change it. I tried to explain that it could have been dropped before my purchase but then was told 'Our team is so careful with stock it cannot happen'. I PHONED HEAD OFFICE AND THEY TOLD ME THEY THE DO NOT DO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GO BACK TO THE STORE. I still have and expensive piece of rubbish in its box in a cupboard. I have since bought another one, not from Currys, it is fine. Does anybody know what to do when an organization refuses even to talk to me. They just don't care. read more
