The staff were really friendly and gave me multiple suggestions with a detailed description of the pros and cons of each, and even let me try some of the laptops they had in the shop. Stephen was very knowledgeable and helped me through the process of choosing my laptop and now that I have my dream laptop I couldn't be happier. Took my lap top to get it fixed after few days they said it would cost 500 to fix when I said no they charged me 75 to get my laptop back they held me to ransom as I had sentimental items on laptop and had no choice but pay them to get my laptop back. Bought a computer case (for more than it costs on the web) and discovered it was broken on the inside once I got it home. The manager refused to replace/repair/refund and accused me of breaking it myself. When I confronted him at first he stormed out of the front of the shop like a baby. I had to go to the shop FOUR times day after day to finally get it repaired. Absolutely disgusting service, go online or somewhere else, I have never experienced such inappropriate and rude staff before. read more
