Most areas of the store were smaller than usual, but the Genius Bar area and selection of Apple goods were fine, and the staff seemed pretty friendly/welcoming. It does also seem easier to get an appointment here, compared to their nearby store in Birmingham and I do prefer this store overall, due to the limited size and high demand, it can get pretty crowded and a little uncomfortable at times, but Apple is trying to control the people allowed into the store at one time, and have been for a while due to the pandemic. 3*

They fix computers and can help people get virus off, help with adding more memory all these technical things. When I had my laptop fixed here they gave me a log which was what they did. Very professional service and fast. They called me when it was fixed and they only had it for two days. There are alot of there places and some are a rip off but here they actually do what Is needed and charge a reasonable price as they were the cheapest of about 15 I rang in the yellow pages in the area Recommended.
