Sometime last year i purchased a tv and surround package from Matt at the solihull store. Well, the service i recieved from the moment i walked in and started staring at a big beautiful 4k tv right at the front of the store was impeccable. It seems nowadays that many businesses employ mindless, sell-hungry drones that i just can't stand! At the solihull store however, i found Matt and i think his manager...to have a fantastic sense of humour, huge amount of knowledge of their products and still managed to maintain a very professional manner and even carried my big tv to the car, parked around the corner in a multi story!! When i got home after my purchase i had some trouble hooking up my surround speakers to my existing amp. Luckily! They had given me the store number and said to ring if i had any problems, i took advantage of this kind offer and called the next day. Again, the service i recieved was fantastic. I'm not sure who i spoke to at the store but they were brilliant. It took me all of 5 minutes to get my amp on the right setting, position my speakers in the room correctly for me and test it to make sure everything sounded right. I cannot reccommend these guys highly enough! All aspects of my purchase were above and beyond! My family and i are still blown away by how incredible our tv and sound system is now. Thank you! Paul

If you want to get the best of service and attention from the staff, I would suggest that you avoid Saturdays as the shop gets extremely busy then.

There is free parking outside and it is easy to get to, just out side of the centre. They sell all sorts, from computer parts, car stereos, keyboard stands and even some disco lights! Everything in there is reasonably priced and much cheaper than any other high street stores. They use to stock car bulbs, which were at least half the price of a well known car shop however they were out of stock last time I went. A shop which is a great visit if you need anything electrical.

I wasn't too sure what would work so I discussed the project with their technical guys who told me what I needed and how to do it. So very helpful in that respect. This place is also a haven for gadget lovers and always seem to be first in line on a new fad project. I saw those little remote control helicopters here first before anyone else was selling them.
