My laptop had problems to charge the battery so I took it to Tezco to get it fixed. The guy from the shop told me that it was a difficult task due to the piece's location as it involved heating it up to take the broken piece off and solder a new one on its place, but he would try to do it anyway, two weeks ago. He never called me back (when he told me he was going to do it). I had to go twice to the store to ask about my laptop to know the status of the job. Both times, my laptop was apart (when he had told me that the work would be finished in a couple of days) and this last time, he told me that he couldn't fix it and the motherboard was cut around the broken piece (he cut it!!!! and he told me that he was going to replace the broken piece, not to cut it from the motherboard). His only words were "I told you it was a difficulty job".
Before going to Tezco, my computer could turn on, now I can't turn it on, the motherboard is broken and the computer has a lot of scratches. His words were "I fix laptops, I don't break them"... well, somebody broke my laptop and it wasn't me. After those words he asked me to go out of his store in bad ways.
