I had recently been in isolation after testing positive for Covid-19 and was trying to complete the required information on the VeriFly app, using a Covid Recovery Certificate. I was scheduled to depart the UK the next day. VeriFly was not accepting my documents (photographs, QR codes, etc.) after several hours of trying. I was very frustrated. I made an appointment late in the day with Sun Computer Solutions, and the gentleman who helped me was very professional and was able to fix the issues to satisfy VeriFly. I was able to catch my flight the next day. I was extremely happy with the service I received.
