More importantly the washing machine only lasted 8 months before it stopped working, I had to pay them to repair it and the owner promised to cover the repair--meaning that if anything happened within 90 days, he would repair it for free. The machine broke down again not even two months later and he ignored me for a week when I tried to contact him and then eventually told me to get a local repair person. Long story short, I should've never tried it, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as the owner sounded like a nice guy. I will probably end up buying new machines now as both machines are out and its not worthwhile to spend a lot of money to repair them.

They all told us the earliest they could replace the latch was Thursday. We then called Gina Marie at 4pm. David answered the phone and said that not only did they have the part we needed but offered to have it delivered and installed at 9am the next day! I called their office 5 times from December 2024 until early the following year to get a proposal for a mini split, never received a return call to either schedule an appointment or provide a proposal as they know my house well. Miscommunication with a contract which took several months to correct when billing an additional amount. However, during the spring service call the billing had not yet been fixed and the technician Angel was instructed to remove my water ordered for my whole house filtration system without telling me. I only discovered it when Angel as to access the boiler room. (This same technician left my hallway walls dirty after I had just had them painted. Fortunately, I was able to clean them.) I knew no servicing was to be done until Winter so I asked why which he responded he was taking the filters that belonged to GMG. I advised that I ordered them and they belonged to me with an adjusted invoice only for the filters and not install. When I had the winter service performed in November 2025, I addressed the duplicity with Joe and the lack of a quote for a mini split. He stated that Andrew was bad at communicating and would share my concerns. I waited to hear from Andrew, nothing so I reached out. An appointment was scheduled and the understanding that the contract would be amended one time only to include the service for water filtration unit which had not been done under the previous contract. No revised contract received and appointment not kept. Since November, I reached repeatedly via text, voicemail and email to receive the corrected contract and then to schedule the spring service, NO RESPONSE! I'm attaching screenshots of the text messages and emails. I then asked to provide me the type of filters so I can get another company to do the work, STILL NO ANSWER with no attempt to address the matter. IT'S A TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM; JUST CHILDISH BEHAVIOR! On top of all this, I receive on a regular basis emails to provide a review on a link to them only, not on Google. Well you got your review to your company directly and not on Google. I NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!
