TCS was as good to me as they'd been to him, and provided the best customer service anyone could hope to get anywhere. I recently had to get my laptop's keyboard replaced; they accomplished that pretty quickly. But when I got it home, I couldn't type: it would have taken more muscles in my fingers than I have to drive each key down as hard as it would need to be pressed to actually register. Being a fast typist, I was hugely frustrated. But when I called them, they immediately offered to replace the keyboard (obviously defective--it happens. I don't at all blame them) ASAP. No arguments, no quibbling, no charge. As soon as they got a replacement they called. I brought it over and they swapped the keyboards out. Now I'm happily typing on the replacement, which works perfectly. Thank you so much Technical Computer Solutions!

I searched for computer repair near me and found Northboro Computers and good reviews. I called and met with Brian in his store the next day. After our conversation about what I wanted and needed, he ordered my new customized HP desktop which arrived in 2 days. He set up the new computer, restored all my data from the hard drive from my old computer and I was back in business. All I had to do when I got home was to do all the simple connections and push the power button! I can't say enough about the friendly, professional and knowledgeable service. I'm so relieved to have found Northboro Computers! I had a few questions of course over the next day or so and my calls were promptly returned and concerns fixed. Brian is also very easily reached by email or phone. Brian had done all of the set up and all of my data was there including a free year of Kaspersky Anti-Virus! And by the way, the price was fantastic, certainly very reasonable! If you need a new Windows computer or need service, you can't go wrong with Northboro Computers. Thanks Teri and Brian! Kenneth A. I brought in the computer and parts, the intake was quick and professionally done. So far, so good. I received a call that my laptop was ready for pickup less than a week later. When I arrived, I was told that I didn't have all the parts needed to repair it correctly. The laptop functioned, but the hinges didn't attach correctly and were rubbing against the motherboard. If I kept the laptop open it would be fine, but if I repeatedly opened and closed it, it could break. But isn't that the purpose of a laptop, it's supposed to be portable, it's not a desktop. The technician was under the impression I was in a rush, so there was a little miscommunication, that said, a call only takes a few minutes to let a customer know there is an issue. So I do appreciate that the technician was polite, that the repair labor estimate was correct, and that it was ready within the window provided. However, it doesn't work correctly and since I didn't get a call during the repair process, letting me know additional parts were needed to do the job correctly, I couldn't make an informed decision. It was neither the best of times or the worst of times. Will I return? I'd probably check out another place first.
