Uncle went in to receive the documents needed for his blood work. They gave him the WRONG documents, it was the blood work papers for another patient of theirs (who is female and not even the same gender as my uncle). They were not careful and didnt check the paper before giving it to him! So he had to go back a 2nd time to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, the front desk and doctor kept claiming that no mistake was made, not checking the name on the paper and still insisting that they were right. They ignored his concern, met him with animosity, and kept insisting he was wrong. The doctor was extremely rude, dismissed him, and didnt care to assess the issue at all. They were extremely rude, inconsiderate, and brash. It wasn't until my uncle had the chance to point out the discrepancy in the names and they finally realized the issue. But they didnt apologize at all! My relative ended up leaving without a resolution. And will never be coming back again. If accuracy, competency, and compassion mean a lot to you when seeing a doctor, then DONT GO HERE.

They both take the time to listen to you, aren't afraid to make referrals to different specialists, requests for the tests you need, and etc.. I appreciate that I can get appointments with them within the week or next week from when I call. There has been several times where I needed to meet with my doctors asap due to sinus infections and lower back pain. My previous place, I always get discouraged from calling them because all I kept getting was "Call urgent care" and "There are no appointments until 5 months from now". It was ridiculous. Anyway, I also like this spot because the parking is easy whether you park in the lot or on the street. There's several bathrooms within the facilities you can use. The back of the office has a phlebotomist who can draw your blood. My mom sees another doctor, Dr. John Stewart, on the premise and likes him. My friend who is another healthcare provider sees Sonya PA-C and is very good. They have a portal where you can ask non urgent questions . They will send your results to labs, and referrals to you through your portal. I overall like Stewart Medical Group and will continue coming here. The only downside is that they don't open weekends, but they open until 6pm.

Even though our information has been compromised outside by other entities I'd feel more secure if the office policy were that I'd get a link to download my information instead of a email attachment that has my PPI data on it. Aside from that you can get printouts of your drug tests from the office. They have plenty of parking outside in their parking lot or you can find parking on the streets. They are all so helpful and easy to work with and open to listening to all of your concerns, and they will address it by running the labs or diagnostics needed to address those concerns. This is something I really love and respect a lot about their facility because there are a lot of other facilities out there that brush off patient concerns as "just worried" and then don't order any follow up labs or referrals for those patient concerns, but here they will listen to your concerns and treat the patients concerns with respect and follow up on it. On top of that it is a breeze to get an appointment here and the out-of-insurance pay or insurance copay are all very reasonable and affordable compared to big facilities that take weeks or months to get seen that charge an arm and a leg in comparison. Yesterday I went back again for an appointment and once again Anthony was awesome and super helpful and Jenna was so patient with all of my questions and concerns and I loved that she had no hesitation in looking further into or addressing all of them (ie lab requests, referrals, prescriptions, etc). My first impression of the place was already a good start, with a very friendly staff and I appreciate that this place seems to keep things in order where I seemed to be the only patient in the office at the time (which is great for the pandemic situation). Dr. Jen was very thorough in my check-up and I specifically came here to also get a pap smear all at once. Very professional throughout, including his female staff member. The pap smear wasn't all that bad (granted my body wasn't cooperating for part of it but that's not his fault) and he made sure I was comfortable the whole time too. Logistics-wise, it was about 3 months out from when I made my appointment call, but I was ok with it since I didn't have an urgent reason. Office itself is in a good location. It's on the 3rd floor and you can find the entrance to the elevators next to the pharmacy. If you find street parking...great but they also have a parking lot in the back of the building with a good amount of parking spaces. I walked in and straight to the checkin window, again staff was very pleasant and handed me paper work to fill out since I was a first time patient.
