I have never in my life had a worse manicure, that's including when my nieces and nephews paint my nails. I asked for a simple acrylic nail, no tip, with a French gel overlay. I am now bleeding, there's junk underneath all of my nails and not one of them has a straight line. There are bumps all over my nails. $30 basic pedicure done relatively well. Not perfect, but overall fine quality. 2 stars because as soon as you walk in you are hit with a completely overwhelming horrible chemical smell. Had I not already made appointments for my mom and I we would not have stayed. I left with a headache so it was not the most enjoyable experience. read more

I treated my daughter-in-law to a pedi yesterday and her experience was actually pretty good. The lady spent time and did a great job. My lady also did a good job on my nails, but she was so brash that I felt like I was a bother to her. The demands to "put my foot in!" "Take your foot out!" "You're done!" was all said like she was angry with someone. I rarely pay to have my nails done so I was disappointed that this was not more relaxing. She did know what she was doing but it was not relaxing. Maybe she was having a bad day and I hate to rate the whole business on this one person because my daughter-in-law's experience was very positive. read more

Sign says walk ins welcome but they aren't so welcoming. I walked in for just an eyebrow wax. Was told to wait 5 minutes. I said ok. Then not 2 minutes later another lady asks if I have an appointment. I said no. She said we're too busy now - you come back later. This is the second time this has happened and I don't be back. If they don't want walk ins, they need to take that sign down. read more

I had booked an appt, I arrived on time to find 4 other ladies who booked appointments and were waiting. I was told it would be 30 minutes, one lady said I have an appt and have been waiting 30 minutes. 10 minutes later the gal who runs the place told me my technician was overbooked---you come back later. This is not the first time this has happened at this salon, the gal who runs the salon is very abrupt and rude. She yells at you if your late, she yells at you if your early........She lost several customers today. I will not be going back, and neither will my family members who have the same experience as me at this salon. read more

Love this place! Great prices, clean, friendly and quality work. Cindy and Tony are awesome (everyone else is too, but I often end up in their chairs when I walk in). I went in yesterday because I had a bad manicure done at another salon (miss-shaped nails and bad polish job). Cindy took her time ensuring my nails were re-shaped and uniform. I didn't get offered a cocktail, but that's ok because I don't drink. But I didn't get offered any soda or water, either. It's ok, I'm good with that, it's not the reason for being there. I had the classic mani/pedi - no frills needed for me. I read great reviews. Sadly, I was a little disappointed. While I opted for short nails, some where not shaped very well - not going to ask them to fix it, because they were already short. Anyway, polish wasn't evenly applied, my pinky finger color was darker than the rest. And unfortunately, the polish didn't cover the entire nail, I didn't notice it until the next morning. I guess when the technician tells me to apply another layer of topcoat, I should pay closer attention. read more

They only do good if they know your gonna tip. I went here for a while but my acrylics where always bumpy and the nail polish was sloppy. I only like one of the employees but she didn't ever talk. All other employees were rude and didn't even try to make the nails look good. read more

Had an appointment for two of us and had to wait anyway, and they wouldn't seat us together even after asking. They immediately started painting our nails without asking what we wanted and without doing any cuticle work, cutting, or filing. After our nails were painted they filed them down and they ended up crooked. We still had to pay full price for the service even though they didn't do the full manicure experience and just painted the nails. read more

P & P is my favorite nail place. I have been using them exclusively for a couple of years now. I always request Lyndsey. However, I have been to Lesa, Tony, Cyndi & Lena and was very pleased. If you're new to the area or just looking to switch up your current nail place, you won't leave unhappy. They are friendly and courteous along with having a wide variety of colors and options. You can also use their waxing services. I have my eyebrows done on occasion here as well. I recommend a complimentary margarita before waxing though! read more

I go often to get my toes painted. They always do a great job and are very friendly. I never make an appointment and even if they are busy they find time to fit me in. I won't go anywhere else. While at the drying table I questioned the pricing sheets available on their table located there were NO $18. fills for acrylics or $36. for Gel fills listed anywhere. I have had my nails (solar) done at P&P since they opened. Never hear of nail infections or injury. I have had both at other salons. P&P is clean and attractive. I wouldn't trust my nails to any other salon. read more
