I returned at 1:45. The shop is one small room with waiting and stylist all in the same open room. I was seated about 20 feet from Hanna's chair and everyone can see everyone else in the shop. At 2:30- 30 MINUTES LATE-and after I had sat looking at everyone for 45 minutes------ No one had indicted she was running behind; No one smiled No one acknowledged my presence in any manner. Being that late is bad enough, but the rudeness and lack of consideration made it evident my business was not wanted or appreciated.

I just happened to leave my former stylist because the location was no longer convenient to me and started going to Sam. Fortunately, Sam educated me on why my hair was behaving the way it was and assured me that it was treatable. I seriously am in awe with the health of my hair now. I so appreciate the fact that Sam cares about the integrity of her clients' hair and thinks about the health of my hair long term. This forethought informs what she does during each of our appointments. She is extremely knowledgeable and has taught me so much about hair care and styling. Her products are amazing and her price points are the lowest I have found anywhere. In addition to improving my hair health, my highlights/color, cuts, and styling are always amazing, and I walk out of her salon feeling like a million bucks. She is in tune with the latest trends in hair fashion, and any time I ask her to do a certain style, she can whip it up no problem. I hired her to do updos for me and my bridesmaids at my wedding. I was so indecisive about what I wanted, but Sam walked me through several different trials and what I finally decided on turned out beautifully. She is a master craftsman. I had ten bridesmaids, half of which Sam styled initially. The other half were styled by two other girls that I hired who were not connected to Sam at all. All of the bridesmaids that Sam styled loved their hair. The bridesmaids that were styled by the other two stylists were disappointed. Sam came to the rescue and fixed everyone's hair to make sure they were all happy. She is seriously amazing. While they accept walk-in, it's really easy to make an appointment online as well through their website. They make it easy to manage your reservation through text and you'll receive a confirmation reminder the day before as well! I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment last week and it very user friendly. The new salon, which opened at the beginning of 2021 is gorgeous! It's right off of Walton Blvd so it's super easy to stop by when running around town. It's very spacious and clean, which is always a plus.
