The Kohler generator was delivered after we paid 60% of the contract price, which we did. It sat on our front lawn, anyone could have taken it, for over one month. Apparently, it was NOT ordered from Kohler but a secondary distributor, who dropped it there and left it. We finally got North Point to move it to the side of our home after two months. After this debacle, and even though, we were told the generator will be in in two weeks, there was manipulated delay each step of the way. Ultimately, we had to hire a 'certified kohler dealer' who is NOT North Point, to remedy their mess. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY. Unfortunately, we have heard there are lawsuits pending. We will be one of them. STAY AWAY.

He has really helped us to update the appearance of our house installing modern lighting in our bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, and on our deck outside. He took care of plugs that needed updated and when we had a home inspection done and there were electrical issues that needed addressed, he came and took care of all of it for us.
