They clearly explained the work needed..in my case a ck engine light was flashing on my daughters 2014 Nissan Pathfinder and while suspecting the catalytic converter they suggested a tuneup first hoping that would solve the problem w/o having to replace the converter. A week, 6 spark plugs, 6 ignition coils & $2200 later the ck engine light came back on (something they told me could happen) and I had to have the cat. converter replaced anyway... which I had done @ another shop closer to home that specializes in that type work. No doubt the plugs & coils needed replacing but I just thought $2200 for a tuneup was way too expensive...the garage that ultimately replaced the converter confirmed my thinking telling me I overpaid by about $500 for the tuneup. In summary if you're in a pinch like I was and can't shop around, Two Guys Garage can certainly be trusted to do quality and timely work... just be sure to bring your checkbook cause it's gonna cost ya.

The Knowledge and service we receive goes above and beyond expectations. Recently my wife washed our key fob through the laundry destroying the circuit board in the fob making the minivan go crazy beeping, not starting, doors opening, etc. They ordered and reprogrammed the key for our van. We had a flat tire on our car and instead of ordering all new tires they actually repaired the damaged tire at a fraction of the cost. I had a complete overhaul of my 2009 Toyota Venza done by them two years ago because it was stalling out and bad things were starting to happen. I was kind of nervous to have all that work done because the car is up there in miles at 150k+. The Venza has run like a top ever since and I think about all the money they saved me as a result. The car still runs great and I've had to just do basic maintenance ever since. I don't usually write many reviews but these guys definitely deserve it. Overall if you take your car, truck or van there, you'll thank me. The place is clean, the owner John is super friendly, they know what they're talking about and not once have I ever felt like they tried to sell me on something I didn't need, which has not been my experience at many of the other shops. Place is a hidden gem in North Chelmsford.

Dracut Tire Shop business and their employees used to be reliable, honest, and good in their car…read morefixing but not any more: they drop my wheels sensors while changing my tires. Therefore, the exclamation sign was continue coming, when brought my car back to them and asked why exclamation sign is coming after I changed my tires by you they said they'll check. After checking they said you had connection problems wires needed to be checked. After placing the new wires the sign continue coming, when brought my car back they said my car exhaust is broken...long list, but can't stop mentioning; during state inspection they didn't pass my car as the car number plate needed to be change...and so back and fourth ... some of my friends had similar experience with them; continuation of car fixing problems that Dracut Tire Shop had created for them too. One friend told me how they put one shorter break shoe during both break shoes and pads changing, that caused many loud noises. When brought the car back they started to bragged how high reputation of their services they have arguing and becoming agitated instead of checking the break that they had put. When my friend told them that he took his car to another car shop and the mechanic told him one pads and shoe break is not the right size; only then Dracut Tire Shop mechanics agreed to check his prior work; think his name is Dave; he changed the break shoe and pad to right one by saying it was a manufacture failure. I wonder why they do such unprofessional work and why they create such car fixing problems. I also wondered why they did such problematic work to my and my friends cars, may be we are color people and they don't like them, or they do such problematic car no fixing but creating more problem to customers' cars, means they create car problems for everybody. They also charged more money for their services too, expensive. I stop going to them, even stop for state inspection too so my friends too. They seemed to be angry and unhappy people otherwise why they do such unprofessional work what they do
