I was a new patient (and from out of the area) and therefore I expected the typical routine of having to go through a full examine, consultation, x-rays, etc. This is what usually causes me to 'put-off' going to the Dentist. I had a small need/concern with my tooth and Robert Hodous took me right in, addressed and fixed the problem. That left me having to go to the Endo to have them correct it. One time Dr Black was going to do a root canal and a filling to the tooth right next to the infected one. Instead of waiting until I had been on antibotics for a few days he went ahead and did the filling. The infection spread which caused my face to swell and droop. They had me go to the oral surgeon as soon as they seen me to have it removed. Too many mistakes and second chances given. After Janis left, the girls in the front have not been the best. Janis was amazing! One of the girls were so rude to me and judgy I had stopped going for a bit because of how she made me feel. Finally went back and they are now charging me for things that my insurance pays for 100%. When I called to inquire as to why, Rachel was rude and disrespectful.
