Dr Oyoung has been a great help to me with my lower back pain. He has been very quick to respond if I call for an appointment.

Absolutely amazing levels of care!! I didn't realize there were levels to this, until I was able to…read morework with multiple physical therapists and experience the difference. This company hires amazing physical therapists who are incredibly attentive and provide the best service I've ever experienced. 100% recommend.

I would not recommend this place at all. I started going here due to my elbow being out of whack…read morefrom possible work injury. The initial appointment was fine it was an extensive intake of my injury. The next two appointments was pure trash. They schedule two people to work with one PT at the same time. They give you one exercise and tell you to do 3 or 5 sets of 10-25 reps and then walk off to give instruction to another patient before walking off and staring at a computer ( maybe she was looking up what are best exercises to do for said injury)? That should be done before I come in. After 1-3 minutes they come back and say how's that? Then they give you the next set of exercises. You do not get individualize client centered attention. If you have a question it is not really answered. I worked with Cecelia Sireno a physical therapy assistant. I actually felt like she was unsure of what to do and appeared timid. My appointments were supposed to be a hour long. But when you count that it takes 5 to 10 minutes to get checked in and then 1-3minutes between exercises you're actual therapy is only roughly 15 to 25 minutes long. ( yet you are billed for a hour ) I would not recommend this place and will NOT be returning.

I'm left crying over and over and this last time I couldn't even speak I felt so bad about myself from how horrible he was treating me. He had never cared about me and my health. Dr Rumery was the kindest doctor and truly cares and listened and wanted to help and always supported and wanted and found ways to help. From the first visit I was mistreated and I have anxiety days before each visit eith Dr Khan I have never been so mistreated. He is cold, doesn't listen forgets what he says he's going to do then lies. Years have gone by and my health has worsened because he brushed off my care. Dr Rumery warned me about him the surgery center did the ultrasound techs and I still was pressured. No one shoudk be mistreated, the way he treats patients. I have heard okther patients leave crying and yelling. Even a northbay patient. Northbay used to stand for compassionate care.. Dr Khan is not compassionate nor good care.. he is cruel, doesn't listen and truly affends people. Esp the truly disabled chronically ill. I've never been treated so badly. I've complained before nothing changed. He does it to me cause he can. I have nightmares. I can't see him again after what he just did to me recently I can't. He hung up on me after how bad he t treated me. Then he just hung up on me after belittling me. I feel less of a human and I feel uncomfortable and not safe with him with my care.. Northbay should care about their patients their have been so many complaints:( zero starts
