The customer service is hit and miss, which is to be expected nowadays, but overall it's fine. I prefer the Chevrons usually as the insides of their stores are larger and have more of a variety of items for sale. I've not yet used their restrooms, so I don't have input there. Previous Yelp reviews sang their praises, so that's an interesting side note. I'd recommend, no problem. I park towards the back side of the store in shade so I can quickly pack and leave. A shell employee approached me telling me to leave and couldn't be parked there. I explained to him I wanted a shady spot to repack for the long drive home and apologized for being there. He left and I gathered up my things and he sent his other 2 employees right after and nicely told me to leave again. Of those 2, people were not in a rush to leave after pumping gas. One person decided to just sit in his car and eat his Spicy Bite, while another was just taking his time. What good is the cheapest gas if no one moves their car? Maybe they need an attendant outside like the sign says. Next time, I'll pay a little more.
