Wonderful staff! It's family owned and you don't feel like you're dealing with the stereotypical car salesmen type staff. They were awesome; all of them! I drove from Bakersfield looking for a particular car and the first place I went to was lowballing my trade in, typical back and fourth with the finance guy so I left and went here because I knew they had the same car I wanted. Was not one bit disappointed. Thank you all! We're half way back to Bakersfield and she's running great :) read more

Terrible place to work. If you have any sort of medical condition you will get fired. They will use the excuse that it's just not a good fit. read more

Went in on a Monday, found a car I liked, was quoted $12,499.00. Explained I would be obtaining the loan through my bank. Received a phone call the next day from salesperson, Fidel and owner (supposedly) Martin, inquiring if I was interested and it's such a great price, etc. etc., Returned to dealership on Wed. but Fidel was off until Friday, drove the car again so my husband could see how good it ran. Salesperson did his pitch about how great the price is, etc. etc., Returned on Friday, after several unanswered calls and was informed Fidel called in but Jose could help with sending the Purchase Contract to the Bank so they could issue the check. All of a sudden the price went up by $4,000.00, to $16,499.00 but he would give me a break of $836.00 for a final price of $15,663.00. I was shocked and showed them the Estimate I was originally given to take to the bank. So, Jose pretends to be on my side and called the owner, but I could hear him say to him "This would be a negative sale, don't do it", What the heck is wrong with this dude. I expected them to honor their word with the original Quote, especially since I'm a returning customer and have referred family to them who have purchased vehicles, but Jose just sat down and gave me the Shady smirk. Seems like the salespeople make up their own prices so they earn more in commission. This is not an Honorable place. Their customers are not important to them. I will never purchase a car from them again. If I was quoted the incorrect price ( 3 times by 3 different sales persons) that is no fault of the client and they should honor their word. These people are a bunch of crooks and I will file a report with the BBB, since I do have the documentation with the original quote. My mistake was not taking my Husband with me they obviously see women as weak. Shame on them!!! Connie - Oxnard, California read more

Went in for a free oil change and at the end was charged more than I would have spent at any other place for their full synthetic blend option. Liars and horrible service. Avoid this business at all costs. read more

THIS IS A VERY LIMITED REVIEW. It has to do with simply TRYING TO TALK ON THE PHONE WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THEY NEVER, NEVER, NEVER answer. Every time I get transferred to the service department I get Hector's voicemail. Not once, twice, three times -- EVERYTIME. How can you make an appointment or discuss service for your car IF YOU CANT TALK TO ANYONE. Get your act together Oxnard Mitsubishi. I have dealt with many, many car dealerships. YOU ARE ALWAYS ABLE TO TALK TO SOMEONE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Fix your phone system. I look forward to writing a glowing review about your service department ONCE I CAN HAVE MY CAR SERVICED. read more

Had an appointment to test drive a car drove three hours to this dealership, after they ran my credit I found out the car was not at the dealership. The owner of the dealership decided to take this car on a road trip to Fresno disrespectful and disregarding of my appointment to test drive. I was ready to purchase car today. Was told the car would be back by five but got at call at four saying the owner was not going to show up with the car. I did purchase a car today from another dealership. Would never recommend this death anyone. I would give no stars if possible. read more

This is the worst place to service your car!!! Dropped off my car at 830 am and it's 5:29pm and it's just getting done. An oil change and a rotor rotation took over 8 hours today get done!! Just go to a jiffy lube or somewhere else. Save yourself the hassle! read more

I had bought my car 9/2 from them, took little longer than I thought to do all the paperwork. The guy Armondo, and I had words because my car was in the shop to get the DUE BILL stuff fixed but my car was there for over 3 hours, NEVER even detailed my car after they were finished, they didn't even have my car detailed when I bought it because the service dept was already gone. Armondo Hung up on me and also the Girl at the front Desk hung up on me also. I had asked numerous time to speak to the owner and still have not heard back from him. They were to fix something inside my car and broke it even more, not it doesn't work. They had time to But a GPS in my car BUT nothing on my due bill. WORST CUSOMTER SERVICE EVER. TO hang up on customers and not call anyone back. read more

My husband and I went to Oxnard Mitsubishi to look at the Outlander PHEV. We intended to just "look" at the car and then maybe buy it in the future. But, the car was so impressive and the salesperson, James, was so informative and nice, we decided to buy the car. There was no "bait and switch" tactics, no "hidden fees" or pushing of " additional services ". Just a straightforward deal and a full tank of gas! We LOVE the car and everyone at Oxnard Mitsubishi was great. The car runs on a battery or gas. We are looking forward to saving lots of money on gas! read more

Great place to get your Mitsubishi serviced. They get you in and out quickly and include a complimentary car wash. Friendly, knowledgeable, polite and professional staff. Nice waiting area with a big TV and some refreshments. read more

I went by yesterday to check out some new cars and was very pleased with the selection and the helpful staff, Fidel answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable unlike many other dealerships they don't jump all over you, and it was a very pleasant experience I will definitely be back to make my purchase. It is so much more convenient that Mitsubishi has come back to Ventura County rather than driving 2 hours to the nearest dealer! read more

Purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima from Fidel. He is absolutely amazing. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Jose from finance handled all the paper work in a professional manner. I'm so excited. I highly recommend this place. The payment plan they arranged for me is perfect for my budget. My vehicle comes with a service warranty. This is exactly what we need in Oxnard. A professional business like this. Thanks. read more

Thank you so much Johnny and Oxnard Mitsubishi for you help and amazing service. I love my new car and couldn't be happier!

I had the pleasure of meeting Martin, Victoria and Joseph from Oxnard Mitsubishi and I left the dealership feeling the joy that only comes from having a great experience with a business. I was the lucky recipient of a vehicle after being nominated at work and coming to Oxnard Mitsubishi made me realize they do so much more than just sell new and used vehicles. They also sponsor families during the holidays and provide a toy drive during this time of year as well. It is hands down a business for the community. I will, and already have, recommended this dealership to any family and friend that is in need of a car. You will be treated with respect and will leave the dealership with a vehicle that is reliable and well worth prices. I will continue to speak highly of Oxnard Mitsubishi because not only did they help me in this time of need, but, their welcoming environment makes you want to come back. Thank you for all you do and I know I will forever be thankful to them. Happy holidays! read more

Great place to get a car, I went in with low expectations of being able to get a car due to my credit score. I was there all day as you would be with any and all dealers when buying a car. Needless to say i left there with a brand new car thanks to Jose and the managers who worked hard to get me approved. Oxnard Mitsubishi is the place to go even if you have bad credit. read more

I wish I could give them 0 stars. My boyfriend and I went to look at cars in hopes that he might be able to be approved on his own credit. After looking at them we settled on a mirage. We went inside and they ran his information. Because I already own a Mitsubishi we were curious if we could qualify for the loyalty program as it would be at the same address. They told us they needed my information in order to find out so I gave them my info as well. Come to find out, they were really running my credit without informing me to see if I could qualify for the loan as my boyfriend could not. Then when we were going over the income they told me to lie and say that I make $500 more than what I actually make. They end up saying the only way we're getting the car is if it was in my name solely and if I can say I make 4k a month. By this point I'm already annoyed because the AC in the building wasn't working and it was very hot (the sale person had already soaked through the front of his shirt) they had tricked me into using my credit and couldn't come up with any other options. We end up putting the car in my name and telling them to hold off on detailing it until later in the week as we had things to do. The salesperson forgot to put the registration info in the window and also come to find out they hadn't actually secured a loan for the car at all. So on Tuesday we end up taking the car back and saying forget it because at this point it just isn't worth it. We asked for our trade in back and our down payment. We got our trade in back and were told they would cut us a check the following day and to swing by then to pick it up. My boyfriend goes by to pick up the check and then they claim that they can't do that and that now they need the original receipt and the card the down payment was paid from...my question is why the hell wasn't that made clear the day before that way we would have had what we needed without having to do a bunch of running around. Horrible customer service, the staff is not knowledgeable or helpful. I would not recommend them to anyone I know. There is a reason I own a Subaru and will continue to take my business to Subaru. read more

Great service and an Awesome Team! Mitsubishi should give Oxnard Mitsubishi an award. Filipina Salesrep Irish Perez was the best. She was patient with my schedule and kept in contact with me. From when I stepped in the dealership she made me feel welcomed and treated myself like a special guest like family. I was straight to the point and said I need my monthly payments to be lower than what I had it. With her great team, the manager Jose Estrada was very helpful and very welcoming. Made me feel like I was his relative/family as well. We negotiated about 3-4 times and they were so generous and gave me such a great deal I couldn't resist. I got a 2017 Outlander Sport LE. With no money down and a vehicle trade in they offered me delayed first payment for 45 days, 0% interest with a low monthly payment which was way lower than what I had before. All this included the unbeatable Mitsubishi warranty of 5 year road side assistance, 10 year/100k maintenance. Also I had $500 off for military and $500 off for loyalty since I was trading in another Mitsubishi, a total of $1000 dollar off. To top it off free first oil change. Hands down best team I've seen but special thanks to Iris for keeping up with me and treating me like family. Without her efforts I would've not been able to have this car buying experience. read more
