I haven't been to a dentist in years so coming here to great friendly staff members felt very welcoming. I would highly recommend this dentist! I had two crowns put into my two front teeth and it looks amazing. I couldn't be happier! read more

Fast and easy appointment. The process was comfortable and painless. Definitely recommend coming here.

Called on a Friday to get all the info I needed, verified they took my insurance. I provided "Lorena" whom I spoke with on the phone with insurance details. I even had the Blue Shield representative call the office who also spoke to Lorena and confirmed coverage. Thinking I had my ducks in a row I scheduled an appointment for a loose crown & routine exam. Soonest was following Tuesday 4 days out. Ok. Not to bad. Come Monday. Day before the appt and now "Adriana" is calling to cancel the appt staring insurance isn't terminated. Wait? What? I call her back, Adriana is super rude & defensive not wanting to hear anything I have to say. Because in her own words "I'm the person who verifies coverage I cancelled the appt." I tried to explain my whole ordeal from Friday speaking to Lorena & insurance etc. She point blank replies "I don't know what happened on Friday with Lorena or where your information went. The information I verified is terminated". She verified insurance information in her system from two years ago. Not the updated information I provided their office on Friday!!! And in her I'm doing you a favor tone she said I can't give you Tuesday appointment anymore you'll have to wait until Wednesday. Every time slot I asked for she said no to. Only the time she was offering was available. All week! I was managing my boyfriends care helping him set this up. But I will NEVER personally go to them for any services. Two years ago they ripped off my boyfriend with the pricing of the crown. It's a scam to get their patients to open care credit. I will also be reporting them to the insurance carrier. Insurance's take patient care very seriously. read more

They are all about money and selling! Their line to EVERYONE is...you need invisalign, always a nightguard, or deep cleaning. Save your money and buy a $20 night guard at the stores! Everyone I know are always told they either need braces, deep cleaning or a night guard when u don't that's how they make their sales. Get a second opinion at a different office. I notice the dentist never washes his hands when he comes to the room. I don't know where his hands were before and I don't see soap in the room anyways. I was waiting and saw him go from one room to another and didn't see him wash his hands. That's gross. Some of my friends and family always seem that they push to sell things you need and really don't. This is just ANOTHER dentist that is money hungry. The staff there needs to know how to imply constumer service and seems like they work just for a check....oh wait... sales $$$ read more

This is the best Dental Experience I have ever had, Dr. " K " is the most patient dentist I have ever been to. He makes sure your comfortable and in no pain throughout whatever procedure you are having done. The entire staff is great and very helpful from the front desk to the dental assistants they really care about you and your comfort also. They must have some thick skin because I am totally paranoid of any dentist and all they did is help me through my procedures when i wasn't the best patient they have had im sure! So hats off to Oxnard Dentistry for helping me out, I really appreciate it ! read more

I went in for a chipped tooth and as soon as I walked in I was greeted. The staff make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I did not have an appointment and waited very little for Dr. Keihani. His assistant Estrella was extremely helpful and managed to relax me. Estrella was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Keihani explained the process step by step and I knew I was in good hands. I also thought I was going to pay a large amount of money but they gave me a good price, since I don't have dental insurance. My tooth is all fixed and it looks brand new. My overall experience was great and would recommend this place to anyone. read more

The environment is pristine, and the staff is very friendly. I came here after my last dentist no longer accepted my insurance- I definitely upgraded by coming here. Oh! And Dr. K is awesome! read more

This place is conveniently located down the street from my house and thought I would give it a try. I've been rejected twice for a deep cleaning by other dentist's and this place excepted my deep cleaning. The process was completed quickly and throughly. The hygienist was very sweet and felt little to no pain both times I went in for my cleaning. Definitely coming back here for future dental needs. By the way the doctor was very quick when he cleaned my teeth, not sure if it's a bad thing but looking in the mirror I can see my teeth are squeaky clean. read more

The staff here have always been responsive, on-call, and very professional. The main dentist and dental hygienist have been very friendly, warm caring, and honest. I have had a great experience both times I have been here. I'm usually dentist phobic, but the staff and main dentist have been awesome at reassuring me and making sure I'm comfortable. In addition, the building is super clean, modern, and cute - this place - all around has been awesome! read more

The staff were very friendly and quick with their service. Prices were reasonable and they give discounts to those without insurance. And for those with insurance, they are open to work with any company. It is a small but very modern building with a clean bathroom and clean patient rooms. Would recommend 100%. read more

Nice place. I took my sister to get her teeth clean and she loves it. I recommend people to come here. Since there friendly.

First time here for a cleaning. Front receptionist was ok somewhat friendly she seem like she was really busy and wanted to get you in quick. Place was clean. Dentist was quick and knowledgeable seem he was there to get job done and really show he would let you decide on work you wanted. The person /staff confirming work to be done was really nice and comprehensive. This I like because I wasn't ready for major work yet. Overall I like it for my first time and would have giving it a better rating if front desk would make you feel a bit more welcome. read more

I was nervous about an emergency procedure I was having done. I've had painful experience's in the past with my childhood dentist. The admin staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Dr. Keihani was supportive of my concerns and we talked about a solution. The overall experience was pleasant. I left the office happy and the work came out great; most importantly I woke up the next morning pain free!!! I'm happy to have a dentist that provides solutions!!! read more

He and his assistant did an excellent job. Thank you so much for the excellent service you provided. I look forward to returning. I am happy I was referred to your office. read more

I'm really surprised by all the 5-star reviews. The only reason I gave it two is because the office is beautiful and I felt like I was in an upscale dentist office. Going to the dentist is hard and this place made it feel like you were being swindled on top of it. However, I felt like I was being taken for a ride here. I was surprised and confused that the only thing the did during my first appointment was take X-rays and the doctor consultation. In short, I felt like this was a money-making gig for all of them. The doctor dictated teeth she recommended I needed word done on and left. Then one of the front desk staff came back and I was given two quotes for all the work I needed, a VERY expensive one and another that was about a 1/4 cheaper; I felt they presented the quotes to me that way so that I would agree to the cheaper one. I felt like I didn't understand why I had two quotes and I felt like it was all about locking me into a payment plan. I felt like I was talking to car salespeople. They never followed up with me either which made me think this is probably something they do all the time and charge my insurance for who knows what for my free consultation. Get a second opinion after coming here, folks!! read more

Its been a few years since I been at a dentist, but coming here for the first; they made me feel comfortable as if I never stopped going to the dentist. I recommend coming here to this dentist, the doctor, assistants and front desk are all very nice and always have a smile on their face. The atmosphere and Look of the place is also beautiful. read more

I always was afraid of getting any dental work done, but it changed after I met Dr. Keihani and his awesome staff. The office is very busy, but I did not have to wait pass my appointment time. He is very gentle, calm and knowledgable. He explained everything as he was performing my big procedures. I'm so happy with his work and the implant that he put for me. Definitely recommend him to everyone! read more

I have never yelped a dentist, but this dentist was awesome!! Did my research and yelped my dentists offered by my insurance and found my new dentist. Went in for a check up and all the ladies in front were very nice, and professional, and efficient. Office is so nice and comfortable. My dentist Dr. Keihani was so nice, and professional, and explained to me in detail about my X-rays and work I needed to have done . He also offered me options. He was so amazing. Went in for my appt. 4/17/18 received five shots not kidding you people I didn't feel them at all. Had some silver fillings removed, and had replaced with white fillings. My dentist is so gentle and makes sure your feeling okay while he's working on you. Had the best experience ever! Highly recommend Dr. Keihani to all who are looking for a new professional, and efficient, caring dentist. I already recommended him to all my co-workers to go here!!!!! read more

I love how clean their office is and Dr. Keihani is super nice and professional. However, I am not fully satisfied with this place because every time I call, the receptionist that answers is rude. I am really trying to love this place because I am pleased with the doctor's work but I hate calling and receiving an attitude by the same receptionist all the time. Another downside, is how long they have you waiting.. if you have an appointment then you shouldn't have to wait for 40-50 minutes in the waiting room. read more

I have not been to the dentist in years and they made it a very pleaseant experience for someone who has anxiety over going to the dentist. They explained what I needed and were very good at cost of everything I needed done. I will go back and have my dental work done here. read more

i called a last week to make appt for 1st visit expecting an appt for a couple weeks outs.. they had an opening the following day.. i couldn't make it schedule for today (9.13).. the whole experience was great! i was greeted as i walked in by the front office staff got all my forms filled out... waited maybe 5 min then was called back for x-rays.. i ended up needing a little more than regular cleaning so i expected another visit but wrong again they did it right then and there.. the doctor and her assistant were very gentle and explained the whole process to me as they were working.. i can't believe i'm using the words "great experience" when talking about a dental visit.. would also like to add my mom had a dental emergency and as i waited to be called in i asked if they could see her and sure enough the answer was yes! my mom rushed over and they took her in as soon as she walked in.. her front bridge fell and they were able to give her a temporary one while a new was being made for her.. again, they explained the whole process made sure we had no questions on anything.. the whole visit for both of us was excellent! thank you oxnard dentistry for taking care of my mom and i read more
