Gracie worked with me to procure and deliver the absolute black granite I chose. After leveling and preparing the floors Salvador went through each and every tile to look for imperfections and tiles that were not perfectly flat. I've already asked them if they will return to install my kitchen backsplash after the cabinets are up. The picture posted does not do it justice.

I have mixed reviews (and feelings) about this company. Our floors turned out nice but it was a…read moreprocess to get there. We had beat up wood and travertine tile with pitting so we decided to have wood-look porcelain tile put in. Finished product looks great. During the sales process we were told that the project would go room to room as we were doing most of downstairs at once. Once it came time to do demo though we were told everything needed to be cleared so they could demo all at once. For a big family with kids at home, this was a major disruption due to no kitchen, no living room, no office for 8-10 days. Dust everywhere. We were probably naive about the amount of disruption the project would cause but also felt like the sales person painted a rosy picture for how the process would work. Once the tile is set you can't walk on it until the following morning. We had to partition of parts of the house to keep kids out of certain areas. The crews moved big pieces of furniture out of and back into the respective rooms for the most part. Still left quite a bit of work to get things back into the right places and some furniture was left in the garage. We had to have them back out to touch up gaps in grout and fix a pattern break on some final pieces the day after the job was completed. I understand that grout sinks/settles after application but believe they should have done a final walk through and caught these things without us having to point them out. As I said above, we are happy with the finished product. The communication was touch and go. The process took longer and was far messier and more disruptive than we expected based on initial sales discussion in the showroom.

I went online and placed my order. I was going to be driving through Houston the following day so I scheduled to be picked up in Houston. Why if one is on a trip, you don't want to spend a lot of time waiting on an order. When you order online from floor and decor, your order is placed with the store that you choose and they have you scheduled a one hour timeframe when you want to pick it up. I went there at the assigned time walked into the online desk, and there was my order, I got it within two minutes and walked out. Good service thank you floor & decor.

Abed contacted me promptly and was very professional (from the beginning). Abed listened to my request, asked for pictures, and offered me multiple options to get to my goal. I truly appreciated the fact that Abed guided me in doing my staircase the right way - versus cutting corners per say - which essentially did not cost me any more money. Upon the installation, the installers (Ash and Sam) were extremely prompt and proficient. They were outstanding and diligent in their work; as a result, I was more than satisfied with the results - it turned out "exactly" how I envisioned it. This company may not necessarily be the cheapest as far as quotes, but, their pricing is very fair, and as noted above, their work is amazing. I am already planning to use them again in the future. I would give them a 6 rating if it was available - they were that good from start to finish.
