My son had such a blast here! He loved the wind tunnel and checking out lots of cool things with the microscopes. Will be returning soon!

We've been here before for other kids' birthday parties and yesterday we hosted our daughter's 5th…read morebirthday party and had a great experience! Our hosts Jackie and Brian were amazing. They thoroughly explained the process and timeline for our event and put out the coffee, bagels and donuts we brought for our guests to eat outside of the play room since we had a 9am start time. The kids had a great time playing and our hosts had the dining room set up with decorations before our eating time. It was great that they were able to blow up a few balloons that we brought (for an added fee) that were specific to the theme. We only bought pizzas from Scooters Jungle and brought other food ourselves, but everyone enjoyed the pizza. They did a great job serving the dessert and helping us pack up our things at the end. Overall, they provided top notch experience from A to Z and made hosting super easy. Would definitely recommend having your kids' birthday party here if you're considering it!

We've been here several times prior and it's always been fantastic. Their staff is always present and helping guide the children. One fo the few places I feel I can let my kids roam alone safely.

Before coming, I called the day before to ask about the timing and any restrictions. At no point was I told that my 6 year old daughter would not be allowed to enter during Toddler Hour. Had I been informed, I would have planned differently. When we arrived, my daughter was told she could not participate because she was too old. She was understandably disappointed and confused about why she was being excluded. We accepted the rule and decided we would sit together and do crafts while the younger children played. Surprisingly, we were then told she could not even enter the space with us. What I find most frustrating is the lack of practical consideration. The younger children were sold tickets and are not allowed to be left unattended, yet my older child was not permitted to remain with us. The policies seemed to contradict one another and left us in an impossible situation. I completely understand having age based rules and designated toddler play times. My issue is not the policy itself. My issue is that it was never communicated when I specifically called ahead to ask, and there was no effort made to find a reasonable solution once we arrived. The result was a very disappointed child and a family celebration that quickly turned stressful. On principle, I found the experience unsupportive and unnecessarily rigid. I left feeling disappointed by the customer service and the lack of empathy shown in handling what could have been a simple situation.

It was such a fun time. My 5 year old enjoyed playing dress up and pretend play with the kitchen…read morescene and the grocery store. She worked her social skills and made friends (which was a first at an indoor playground). It was nice to see parents truly there for their kids. I like that there are cameras in every blind spot. One can watch their child from the cafe table area on the screen. The cafe was such a treat! It was nice to grab a bite to take a break from play time. The kids pancake breakfast and was hearty like we made it at home, with the minnie pancakes, eggs and bacon. I had the spam musubi and it was so good paired with my vanilla latte. I also had an americano and it was sooo good! The service was great and it was an overall enjoyable experience.

It was my first time taking my toddler, I went as soon as it opened at 9AM…read more I think it's OK for what it costs and if you need time to spend with your kid along with friends. But GO EARLY. My time was from 9-12PM and around 11AM... kids start rolling in, parents don't watch their kids... it gets RIDICULOUS. PLEASE WATCH YOUR KIDS. THERE WERE KIDS THAT WERE CHAOTIC and even GRABBED my child. Unless it's empty, I highly recommend that your child is somewhat walking at least to come to this place. When it gets packed - kids just run around everywhere/bumping each other/etc. - Check in - I already filled out a waiver online and gave them my number when I was purchasing entry tickets in person. $25 for child and $5 for adult. It was our first time here, so had no idea on what to do/expect, and it wasn't really explained to me. I think the employee assumed I've been there before, so he didn't really explain. You do need to put your shoes in the front and wear socks inside. Kids need to have GRIPPY socks and adults, any socks will do. - Seating - They have lots of seats open for you to put your bags down. I was able to bring my snacks in for my kid. They were not strict about that. They do have a cafe, which I did see a lot of the parents order from. I didn't, but it seems relatively good for the foods I did see others order. They also have drinks. - Cleanliness - It was good, but could be better. I went when it opened, and I still saw lots of hairs on the ground, crumbs, lots of finger marks on the windows, and even saw a coffee cup high up in a play area. I just ensured I wiped my kid's hands before we left and did a full shower. I recommend long pants at least because there is a slide and I think it bothered my kid a bit, he was in shorts. Toys were all organized and put in place. By the time kids started to roll in... toys were EVERYWHERE. - GO EARLY - Oh my goodness, it gets VERY chaotic. And the amount of kids there are, along with PARENTS NOT WATCHING THEIR CHILD(REN) is ridiculous. Yes, I know it can be a space for them to do their work... but it was VERY SAD to see a (child) older sister, control and maintain her younger brother's tantrums. She came running every time he was upset/showed any sounds/expression of dissatisfaction - as he would kick the toys and even GRABBED my child at one point to take back a toy. I didn't even see the parent come deal with her son... Very sad thing to see.
