Before coming, I called the day before to ask about the timing and any restrictions. At no point was I told that my 6 year old daughter would not be allowed to enter during Toddler Hour. Had I been informed, I would have planned differently. When we arrived, my daughter was told she could not participate because she was too old. She was understandably disappointed and confused about why she was being excluded. We accepted the rule and decided we would sit together and do crafts while the younger children played. Surprisingly, we were then told she could not even enter the space with us. What I find most frustrating is the lack of practical consideration. The younger children were sold tickets and are not allowed to be left unattended, yet my older child was not permitted to remain with us. The policies seemed to contradict one another and left us in an impossible situation. I completely understand having age based rules and designated toddler play times. My issue is not the policy itself. My issue is that it was never communicated when I specifically called ahead to ask, and there was no effort made to find a reasonable solution once we arrived. The result was a very disappointed child and a family celebration that quickly turned stressful. On principle, I found the experience unsupportive and unnecessarily rigid. I left feeling disappointed by the customer service and the lack of empathy shown in handling what could have been a simple situation.

Someone had clearly thought about the experience. A beautiful indoor space, imaginative little environments, places for parents to sit, decent coffee and food and enough visual restraint that you didn't feel like you'd voluntarily locked yourself inside a plastic primary colored migraine for two hours. With small children, this is no minor achievement. There still aren't many places like it in the South Bay. Which is probably why we keep coming back. Unfortunately, Looma today feels less like a premium children's space and more like the aging remains of one. You begin noticing the little things because there are so many of them. The projector by the ball pit stopped working ages ago. Other play features are broken or simply gone. Toys and foam blocks migrate around the building and apparently establish permanent residency wherever they land. Some surfaces are sticky. Vents and edges look like they haven't met a cleaning cloth in quite some time. Rooms sit unused and closed off. On our latest visit, even the bathroom was rough. None of these things individually ruins a children's playground. Kids are extraordinarily talented at destroying civilization. I have two. I understand. But maintenance is the business. If you sell a premium environment for children, the product isn't the slide you installed three years ago. The product is the slide today. The clean bathroom today. The working toy today. The stocked refrigerator today. The employee who appears mildly pleased that you've entered the building today. That last part has always been Looma's strangest weakness. Service ranges from indifferent to occasionally miserable. There have been exceptions the woman I've repeatedly encountered handling the cafe has always been genuinely sweet and helpful. But overall there's very little hospitality in a business ostensibly built around families spending time there. And when the place is crowded, all of these little failures compound. Our latest visit felt badly oversold. Not enough seating, exhausted parents orbiting tables waiting for somewhere to land, children everywhere, broken or neglected equipment and a staff seemingly resigned to surviving the shift. Then you remember what you're paying. Once admission for two children, food and drinks enter the equation, this stops being some scrappy neighborhood playroom where you forgive the duct tape and missing Lego pieces. Looma calls itself an upscale indoor playground. Fair enough. But "upscale" creates an obligation. It means someone has to care obsessively about the boring things after the beautiful launch photos have been taken. That's what frustrates me most. The bones are still good. The original idea was good. Even the food is surprisingly decent for an indoor playground, with some Korean options mixed into the usual kid fare. My children can still have a great time here. But children having fun is an extraordinarily forgiving metric. Give them a cardboard box and seventeen minutes and they'll establish a functioning municipality. Adults notice the rest. Looma doesn't need another attraction or themed event. It needs somebody to walk through the building slowly, look at every surface, every broken feature, every empty refrigerator shelf, every neglected corner and start caring about the details again

Got invited to my nephews 4th birthday at ZoomiZoomi playground. This establishment was located…read moreinside the Del Amo Mall. No matter how hard you try to Google map this location, the exact location won't show. The Google map will just show you that it is somewhere in the mall. Keep in mind that Del Amo Mall is a huge mall. We learned the hardware by parking 1/4 mile away. The way we found out is we had to look at a touch map inside the mall. It was quite confusing because the legend is not stationary, it rotates 180 degrees from your location. Always remember it is by Dicks Sporting Goods, nothing else. This place is hidden on the 2nd floor. It looks like a store. Deceiving looks from the outside. Arrived at this location which we were greeted for checkin under the birthday boys name. You must take off your shoes to enter, so make sure you have clean socks on. The other way is to wear some plastic booties, but it is frowned upon. That option is usually used as a last resort, like not wearing socks. The party was private, you can only have 1 party at a time. You self cater your food and drinks to the gathering. You can even bring a cooler with alcoholic beverages! Which is a plus for grown adults. Social and gathering with adult beverages males the conversation sweeter. This place is not like a chuckie cheese, it is more intimate with a core family since it is private. Its small so it may seem tight to move around. Place accommodates a jungle playground with plastic balls. Enough for the little ones to be entertained. There is one host that works there to assist with the games, food and photography (someones cellphone). That worker is very helpful. The other host works at the front counter for admission. Also you can even hire a character to visit and play games. Surprise appearance by Sonic! Woot woot! Overall, it is small and private. Good enough for 50 people. I will throw a small gathering here on a rainy day, cold or Superhot day only. There is nothing a public park cant provide that zoomi offers. Especially on a warm comfortable day. :) Lots of parking at the mall. Friendly helpful workers (only 2 of them). The 2 negative things is that stood out is removal of shoes and 1 restroom to use. Overall this place will get the job done to celebrate an ntimate birthday party. Fun fun ! Package pricing is unknown, I was not the host but assume it was a good deal since 90% of the party resources was purchased outside of the venue. Comfortable, cozy and small.

The issue is that the rides and mini golf cost additional money on top of the admission price ($2 per ride). It's about $30 for a child and $10 for an adult just to get in, so having to pay extra for most of the activities felt excessive. There was also only one employee working the entire floor with the rides and mini golf, which made things feel understaffed and unorganized. Cleanliness was another big concern. There were crumbs and dirt all over the floors, and the men's restroom changing station was very dirty -- the baby changing platform was especially unpleasant. Overall, this place did not feel like a good value for the price. I wouldn't recommend it, especially considering the additional costs and lack of cleanliness.

My son has difficulty making/keeping friends and "doesn't like to talk to grownups", but he loves the staff here. As a middle-aged mom, I would call the coaches themselves "kods" because they are at least half my age, but they are AMAZING with my son. He "got hurt" his first class and yelled/cried, but the coaches let him have his feelings, got him ice, and taught him how to avoid that situation in the future. After only 2 official classes and 2 longer events, my son has more confidence and says that he "loves the coaches". Hopefully he will make some friends his own age soon too because they have the same love of literally jumping off walls. We had another wonderful experience at Scooter's Jungle for my son's birthday!…read more This year, we decided explore the Ultimate Arena which is perfect for older kids, while still having bouncy obstacle courses and basketball spaces for the little ones. Although, many of the younger siblings seem to have infinite energy and no fear running up and sliding down the inflatable slide over and over again. We had 24 or so kids playing together, and had plenty of space inside the Ultimate Arena for their parents/families as well. The celebration room was also spacious even with all those people in there. Justin and a young woman (long dark hair and glasses) whose name escapes me right now (sorry!) ensured that we had what we needed during play time, the room was decorated and set-up ready, and the pacing of with food food (pizza, fries, chicken strips) went smoothly. We then sang "Happy Birthday" and Justin handled cake slicing, and then clean-up. They were really great about giving a play-by-play and checked in before moving onto the next thing. My son said he had the best time, and we had many parents also say their children felt the same way. Scooter's Jungle provides an awesome space for a fun, clean, and private birthday party, and takes care of all the logistics so parents can enjoy the day with their friends and families. They thoroughly explained the process and timeline for our event and put out the coffee, bagels and donuts we brought for our guests to eat outside of the play room since we had a 9am start time. The kids had a great time playing and our hosts had the dining room set up with decorations before our eating time. It was great that they were able to blow up a few balloons that we brought (for an added fee) that were specific to the theme. We only bought pizzas from Scooters Jungle and brought other food ourselves, but everyone enjoyed the pizza. They did a great job serving the dessert and helping us pack up our things at the end. Overall, they provided top notch experience from A to Z and made hosting super easy. Would definitely recommend having your kids' birthday party here if you're considering it!
