what a great experience with these guys from front office to the movers. rafah came out to the…read morehouse for a visual inspection and worked with me several times or revising the estimate as we kept selling off furniture. the guys showed up timely on moving day, loaded everything in how we had asked, wrapped up the furniture, protected some mirrors we didn't previously have boxed up, and they were friendly and courteous, asking questions when not sure. we moved into a storage space and they unloaded everything, keeping an aisle down the middle so we can later see what we have. the guys worked together efficiently and effectively and finished the move an hour sooner than quoted. couldn't be happier and will not hesitate to recommend Attention to Detail to anyone who has moving needs. they made this experience super easy and stress free and i think that says a lot.

I have over $5000 of broken items. I have missing items. The movers arguing with each other and threatening to leave middle of the job. And the price changing during the move. Four weeks before my move I spoke to The owner Javid. He asked for many pictures of what I have and I provided them, In order for him to access the move. Totally understandable. Then We agreed on a price, 2 trucks, 4 guys, and set the date. A week later I told him of a few more items in my backyard, to be fair to him, which were a smoker, gas bbq and 10 folding chairs. He asked for more money and again I agreed. (Looking back this should've been my first red flag! I didn't want to rock the boat because my move date was approaching). At that time, Javid said all items will be moved, all TVs would be taken down, and 2 trucks will be provided for the ENTIRE move to be done for that day. Which was a lie! A TV was left mounted, the hole moved needed a third truck so they had to go back AND GET THE REST OF THE STUFF ( which he charged me $500 more). When they first arrived, at 8:30am, until 3:30pm, everything was honestly going great. So good that I tipped each mover $100 each. When they arrived to my new house, its when the nightmare started. The 4 workers started complaining and arguing with one another, to the point I didn't like it and told my little kids to go inside. And one of the movers said "I'm going to leave". At that point, I was very volnerable, the move was not complete, I tipped them again $100 each so the continue the move. Very unprofessional! After that, I got a call from Javid to pay an extra $500 because they needed to go back to fill the remaining items into there truck. This is what I was SHOCKED with! We had agreed to a price, for this entire move, now he's saying if I don't , his guys will leave and I'll be stranded and have to figure out how to move the rest of my stuff. This was unfair!!! Be very careful, this is bad business and this guy takes advantage of you when he can. It's not my fault he miscalculated the move, it's his fault. I supplied him every photo Javid wanted. That's bad Bussiness on his end. Again I shut up and agreed because I don't have another choice. That being said, I woke up the next day, I noticed a lot furniture and items broken. These guys are not "attention to detail". Biggest joke !! Two days later, I realized my TV is missing to my bedroom. Sculptures are missing from my yard. My TV wires for my other TVs were no where to found. They ended up bring my TV back but not my wires. Hinges from my doors were missing. Tools that I gave the workers weren't returned. But the point here is why am I the one to bring it up. If I didn't say anything they would've brought my TV. Also they took apart my bed and my kids beds, put them back together. The first night we sleep, one of my kids beds and my bed weren't put together right, which fell to the floor. What a joke, worst moving company!!! Be careful trying to hire this company. Javid sounds like a professional but is a FAKE! Be CAREFUL!!

I've been a customer at the Deering Ave Extra Space Storage location in Canoga Park for over a year…read moreand a half, and until recently I would have given this facility a much higher rating. The site itself has generally been clean and well maintained, and the on-site manager has always been helpful whenever I've needed assistance. My issue is with a sudden and significant change to access hours that was communicated with little notice and no explanation. I received an email stating that, effective June 8, access hours were being reduced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 PM every day. One of the primary reasons I chose Extra Space in the first place was the extended access hours. The ability to access my unit until 10:00 PM was a major selling point and a competitive advantage over many other storage providers. I called the facility after receiving the email. The manager told me he wasn't aware of the change and would need to contact corporate for more information. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call or any explanation as to why the hours were reduced. What makes this even more frustrating is that other nearby Extra Space locations in Canoga Park, Woodland Hills, and Chatsworth still appear to offer access until 10:00 PM. That makes it difficult to understand why this particular location is being treated differently. It's also summer in the San Fernando Valley. Temperatures can easily exceed 100 degrees during the day. Many customers intentionally use their storage units in the evening when it's cooler and more practical to move items. Reducing access by two hours has a real impact on customers' ability to use the facility. I'm not upset that policies can change. I'm frustrated that a major feature that influenced my decision to rent here was removed without any meaningful explanation, and that no one has been able to provide a clear reason for the change. If Extra Space wants to maintain customer trust, they should be transparent about why access hours were reduced and explain whether this is a temporary or permanent change.

We were getting rid of some kitchen cabinets for one of our customers and we needed 2 bins delivered to our job-site. I called and spoke with Javier and he had 2 dumpsters delivered to our customers house. We kept the dumpster at our job site for 1 day even though we could have kept it for a whole week.
