She had the most upmost professionalism provided us. Excellent customer service and the quote could not be beat. We receive VIP Treatment. Victoria was very understanding of the timeframe that kept changing. She went the extra mile exceeded our expectations. We receive an appointment time with one of the team members video chat he provided us with excellent customer service. We went over all the different items that we plan on taking with us. We were Well, prepared, packed and organize. When the movers arrived on April There were five team members, one for men, Fernando, and his team. Everyone was kind polite, nice super helpful. They took very well care of us. I felt like this is how customer service should be with every company. They even want the extra mile. To move a few things onto the curb for Us for both trash pick up I appreciate it Fernando and his team they got everything taken care of the truck pack in 2 1/2 hours or so. We did and returned them, but the package still was never delivered (it actually was sent to a similar address blocks from us, but that is another story). Where this store failed - UPS won't resolve the issue and return the shipping fee unless we go through the store. But despite calling multiple times, no one ever returns the call. The manager is always "busy" or "out". So we have a package that was handled incorrectly, never delivered, and we are still out over $50 for the shipment.

I bought the hangers myself and Ben installed them for free. Then I noticed I got a refund for the price of the hangers! Without asking , without receipt, they just refunded it to be nice. Her story changed. Then it was "well. We'll disassemble but we don't put back together." When I asked where in the contract does show that they can't or cannot do that she said that she was going to call the foreman who did the pick up in California and then get back to me. It's been hours and I still haven't gotten a reply. This is horrible horrible company. You have a better chance of getting your stuff from point A point B by yourself Over due update. Spoke to a few mangers, one being Briam Reyes and they did manage to get someone back the next day to put my refrigerator back together. So far it's been working properly (1 week later). They are currently working on making everything right so I do appreciate that. Due to that I will increase my rating to 3 stars. Hopefully they correct the mistakes. I called in and Brett went over the sizes and cost of units and held a unit until I was able to come in to check it out. I was also in need of the truck that they offer. Brett made sure to hold the truck for me on short notice for our move which in turn gave me peace of mind in knowing that things were taken care of. When I came in to pick up the truck, I was warmly greeted by Ray and he walked me through the whole process. Everything was so streamlined. I HIGHLY recommend Roadway Moving! The experience with Roadway started off great! They were attentive, and the personal care for our move was so nice. We loved our movers and they took amazing care of our belongings! UNTIL... the moving truck hit the gate at my boyfriends apartment building. At first they were great about it. Someone reached out and took all the information, reached out to the management company of the building etc. The management company sent a quote to Roadway for the damage, and we thought everything was in the works, and all would be taken care of. Well, its been over a month since our move, and after MANY emails, texts and phone calls we have not heard a PEEP from Roadway. This is unbelievably unprofessional, frustrating, and SO disappointing after the move itself was such a great experience. I am writing this review to hopefully get the attention of someone at Roadway, and get this taken care of immediately. Understandably the building wants to get this fixed, and supposedly someone from Roadway is suppose to come and asses the damage...but we have never heard from anyone. They are holding my boyfriends security deposit, and now I am afraid that if they get it fixed without roadways physical assessment of the damage, that roadway won't cover the damages at all and we will get stuck paying for it. THIS SUCKS. Time to step up Roadway! ....and step up they did! Great customer service!
