They went the extra mile very professional. It all started off a call for a quote, and I am speaking with Veronica sales representative, who reached out to provide me a quote. She had the most upmost professionalism provided us. Excellent customer service and the quote could not be beat. We receive VIP Treatment. Victoria was very understanding of the timeframe that kept changing. She went the extra mile exceeded our expectations. We receive an appointment time with one of the team members video chat he provided us with excellent customer service. We went over all the different items that we plan on taking with us. We were Well, prepared, packed and organize. When the movers arrived on April There were five team members, one for men, Fernando, and his team. Everyone was kind polite, nice super helpful. They took very well care of us. I felt like this is how customer service should be with every company. They even want the extra mile. To move a few things onto the curb for Us for both trash pick up I appreciate it Fernando and his team they got everything taken care of the truck pack in 2 1/2 hours or so. Very well oiled machine everything packed they headed to Vegas met with them the next morning at the storage unit With two guys again, Fernando and his teammate got us taken care of the storage loaded in a timely manner. Where this store failed - UPS won't resolve the issue and return the shipping fee unless we go through the store. But despite calling multiple times, no one ever returns the call. The manager is always "busy" or "out". So we have a package that was handled incorrectly, never delivered, and we are still out over $50 for the shipment.

When they were unloading here in Texas , I noticed they weren't even trying to put them back together, I asked "who's putting my stuff back together? They all gave a blank Stare and said we don't even carry tools. Their customer support was rude and told me "put guys don't disassemble things" once I told her I had pictures of their guys doing it. Her story changed. Then it was "well. We'll disassemble but we don't put back together." When I asked where in the contract does show that they can't or cannot do that she said that she was going to call the foreman who did the pick up in California and then get back to me. It's been hours and I still haven't gotten a reply. This is horrible horrible company. You have a better chance of getting your stuff from point A point B by yourself Over due update. Spoke to a few mangers, one being Briam Reyes and they did manage to get someone back the next day to put my refrigerator back together. So far it's been working properly (1 week later). They are currently working on making everything right so I do appreciate that. Due to that I will increase my rating to 3 stars. Hopefully they correct the mistakes. I do recommend making sure all customer service reps are aware of their policies seeing how the lady I spoke to didn't seem to know them.

It got so hot, in the triple digits, that I had to quickly get out paperwork and artwork and all kinds of things that are sensitive to heat. They didn't even have the decency to notify any of us tenants that this had happened to the air-conditioning in our building. I found out because I showed up on the first of the month right after they received my auto-payment. They knew for weeks in advance and then admitted it was going take another week or two to get it fixed-- it could take longer. That's a whole month of our stuff getting blown with hot air, dust and dirt. I first asked for a discount. Corporate refused. Mind you, they have offers to get people in with the first month free and free access to their moving truck if it's available. But I guess in situations like this when they have good tenants paying on time for climate control they can't extend any courtesy whatsoever. So, of course I had to start removing all of my things immediately. My allergies were off the charts with dust all over my things and now all over me too, blowing out of the air ducts. What a cluster! Well, I'm on here to let everybody know--don't use this place! They care more about maintaining their Beverly Hills offices and have the audacity to withhold the days when I was within my right per the contract to receive a check for the full month's rent. Normally I would've given several weeks notice but these are extenuating circumstances. They know I'm not going to go to my attorney and have them write a letter to this vile company or even file an insurance claim. It's not worth it. The guy writing the check to me from his Beverly Hills desk wants to be paid. As a small business owner myself, we have never treated customers in such a manner--ever! And we've always accommodated clients when things happen. Repeat customer interaction and referrals are so important--so is your reputation!!! I HIGHLY recommend Roadway Moving! The experience with Roadway started off great! They were attentive, and the personal care for our move was so nice. We loved our movers and they took amazing care of our belongings! UNTIL... the moving truck hit the gate at my boyfriends apartment building. At first they were great about it. Someone reached out and took all the information, reached out to the management company of the building etc. The management company sent a quote to Roadway for the damage, and we thought everything was in the works, and all would be taken care of. Well, its been over a month since our move, and after MANY emails, texts and phone calls we have not heard a PEEP from Roadway. This is unbelievably unprofessional, frustrating, and SO disappointing after the move itself was such a great experience. I am writing this review to hopefully get the attention of someone at Roadway, and get this taken care of immediately. Understandably the building wants to get this fixed, and supposedly someone from Roadway is suppose to come and asses the damage...but we have never heard from anyone. They are holding my boyfriends security deposit, and now I am afraid that if they get it fixed without roadways physical assessment of the damage, that roadway won't cover the damages at all and we will get stuck paying for it. THIS SUCKS. Time to step up Roadway! ....and step up they did! Great customer service!

The cost of those items was $3000. They said I didn't have the right "insurance". Why did I need additional insurance to make sure they did the basic job of moving my stuff and not stealing my couch????? They reimbursed me $1500. half of what they owed me. After I paid them more than $20k to move my stuff. BEYOND disappointing. After my review, they reached out and fully reimbursed me for the replacement cost. I appreciate that they care about the reviews and did right by me and my move. That says something.
