They have odd hours, opening and closing at different times just about every day. Every machine I used was broken in one way or another. My first monthly payment was $67 instead of the $12 it should have been. I called the gym and asked why I was charged this much. The manager on duty couldn't give me an answer. I was told to call during the week. I did and asked to cancel my membership, but was told I had to email somebody with my name, phone number, and birthday. I sent an email asking to cancel my membership and for a refund for the overcharge. I received a reply the following day saying the charge was non-refundable. I ended up having to contact my bank & tell them to put a stop payment for 10 Gym.

I think a little grace and kindness in a hard situation goes a long way, I'd be writing a much different review on this gym (which we liked) but the owner isn't a cool person, not understanding, and greedy. He obviously needs the money more than he needs a good reputation in the Owasso area. BUYER BEWARE!

It's clean and everything works as far as I've experienced. My issue comes with the lies and misinformation from the staff. I signed a 1 year non renewable contract and 2 months before my year was up I called to cancel was told my cancellation was good, I didn't need to come in, and it would stop after 2 more months only for me to be charged for 3 additional months. I spent about 2 to 3 weeks calling almost daily and leaving a voicemail almost every time for no response whatsoever. I finally was able to get into the office while someone ( who didn't give a name or business card when asked) told me not only was my contract switched to open after the year was up but also said I wouldn't be charged anymore. just for anytime fitness corporate to call the next day and let me know my membership is scheduled to be canceled (a day after I would have been charged again) instead of the same day I canceled it.( Being as it's a franchise corporate could not change the dates they can only see the dates) as of now I'm still waiting to hear back. will come back with an update if no update
