Gym has good equipment and is kept clean. Staff is friendly and usually pretty helpful. I've never…read morehad any issues at this location, never seen trash someone left behind go unnoticed for very long or been treated rudely by the employees. The sauna is my highlight as it's available on any level membership and at least in Owasso has never been out of order when I've been in. The floor plan is quite spacious as well, all the equipment has good spacing from other machines and they have everything from freeweights, dumbells, kettle bells, cable machines, medicine balls, squat racks, treadmills, ellipticals, ect. So it most likely has whatever your comfortable with using and isn't limited to just dumbells and cable equipment like some other places. The clientele is relaxed as well no ones slamming weights or loudly grunting out every rep, and you've got people of every body type too from skinny to large like myself to the very inshape and muscular. All in all a great place to workout. They offer a basic and preferred membership available on month to month as well as 12 month agreements. It's $19.99 and $29.99 for basic and preferred month to month respectively, and subtract $5 to either option if you do a 12 month agreement. They charge an annual fee of $59.99 once a year which hits 45 days after you sign up which is annoying, but literally every gym does this including Planet Fitness and Crunch so what can you do I guess. If you sign up for the perferred 12 month and want to cancel it's $80 to buy out of the agreement, and the basic 12 month buyout is like $35, it's hilarious seeing the old reviews from people mad about this when it's in pretty plain text on the physical agreement as well as on the website when you go to sign, clearly a reading comprehension issue. Just don't get the year long membership if you want to avoid the buyout it literally couldn't be simpler. To cancel you just send an email which acts as your written notice to cancel, also stated plainly on every agreement, and I can only imagine it's boomers who can't operate a phone or computer upset about this because I personally find it convenient you don't have to physically go in to cancel and it takes all of 60 seconds to email 1 sentence with your name and membership location saying you'd like to cancel. I've joined and canceled and rejoined about 2 or 3 times now as some months I had to cut out extra expenses including the gym and it's so easy I feel like the complaints about this are just from people embarrassed they didn't actually read what they were signing. "You're telling me I have to send an email?? What do you mean I can't just terminate a 12 month contract early without a fee?? Well yes it takes almost no effort to type out a single sentence and no I didn't read a word of what I signed in 3 different places before I handed over my banking information, but I don't see how my incompetence is my own fault!" The only downside I'd say is it does take 30 days to cancel, so you either have to plan out canceling on the day your invoice is due or you will end up owing the next month's dues, but to be fair this is again stated in the "cancelation" part of the agreement so it's not a surprise or anything, but it is inconvenient and the only real criticism I have of the process. Not enough to take a star for though, as it in no way is a hidden cost provided you have an elementary reading level or, even better, just ask the staff "what does this plan cost to cancel and how long does it take" as I've heard them explaining it to new members when checking in before. But im sure the illiterate won't let a simple thing like common sense stop them from giving 1 star and screeching about how difficult they found breaking their side of the agreement they didn't look at is. So if you're thinking about joining up I'd definitely give this place a look, it's clean and probably has the equipment your looking for, and so long as you can read when you go over the membership options you wont have any problems.

To begin, if you don't know, this gym's members lean toward the affluent. You can see the evidence…read moreexamining the parked cars, the spectrum of services typically offered at a country club, and the what I call "the new shoe parade" (adults over 40 wearing the most trendy athletic shoes). Glaring discrepancies: - the men's bathroom stalls don't stay locked efficiently and have a peek-a-poo gap you can use both eyes to see through. They'll spend money on fake plants, yet won't fix what's needed (this applies to other issues as well) - so far this summer, the outside "hot tub" is either disgusting, jets don't work, flooded with kids under 12 (there's a rule against that), or it's closed off - when it's busy, you'd swear no one in the greater Tulsa area is going to any other gym at that moment - it's succumb to the "Premium" disease. Some things you can't do unless you pay more - and a general membership is already pricey - if you want to play pickleball - good luck. They change the schedule of when the courts are available for whatever types of players. If it's free play, you might end up waiting awhile before you play again. There's only 3 courts. That's all for now. I'm sure there's other issues. Those are just from my lens. Two stars simply because it has so many services. Think "Costco" of gyms. It's got a dystopian feel and it's up to you how much kool aid you want to drink.

Used to be an outstanding place to work out, but over the last few months the quality has declined…read moresignificantly. Started by making the lap pool unavailable in the afternoons. They have allowed a swim team to occupy EVERY SINGLE LANE. I was told this was temporary and they would be done with the pool by January. It is now February and they are still here. There has been no mention of this on the club schedule. Then there's the state of the equipment. There's been a lot of equipment down for repairs. There has also been a lot of torn padding. Broken mirror in the locker room that took almost 2 weeks to fix. Sauna that's down almost 2weeks out of every month All of this and no ACTUAL club manager. Email left unanswered. For what they charge there should be more attention and accountability.
