When we take ownership of our choices and our bodies we can make healthy changes to improve our lives which leads us to feeling good physically, mentally, and emotionally- that is when we radiate our Mom power and those around us benefit as well! Stroller Strength is a 60 minute full body workout combining cardio (power walking & or jogging) and strength training using resistance tubes and your body weight while having your child in the stroller with you. No need for childcare and no judgement when you have to tend to your baby. Aubrey will be there to help and we are all mom's who understand and no matter what you will get a great workout! Walk-n-Talk is an additional free bonus class for members of eMpower fitness. We will meet once every other week to walk or hike leisurely for 30 min, bringing your child is optional. End of update. I cannot say enough good things about Orange Theory and this location specifically. I started my journey with OTF about a year and a half ago and it has been a fun one! From the different challenges and benchmarks to just all around relationships you make while at the gym... this is why I feel comfortable giving it five stars. Those reasons as well as I have traveled to other locations around the US and the coaches and front desk attendants are the friendliest and are super helpful. I certainly have my favorite coaches, but I cannot choose just one. All are amazing! The current roster there is: Rachel - Head Coach Maggie Brandy Shelby Lauren Theresa All of them are top notch and you will not be disappointed. I am a bit of an obsessor for corrections and all of them give constructive help every class! I also enjoy the extra activities they put on for the members. So fun! Your first class is free. I was in great cardiovascular shape when I met Erin but lacking in strength--I couldn't complete 10 push ups in a row!!! Erin introduced me to weight lifting and changed my body! I have done personal training and group classes with Erin, developing Abs, beautiful definition in my shoulders, glutes, and legs. Small class size. The other attendees are super nice and welcoming. Clean, organized, close to my home, plenty of parking. Since moving here in April, I've tried out several places. I worked with a personal trainer at Lifetime Fitness and did private Pilates sessions (what I liked when I lived in Houston); tried Tulsa Fitness Systems (another boot camp place similar to one I enjoyed in Phoenix); and joined the local YMCA. I didn't feel like those places were a good fit for me. I had almost given up hope, and then stumbled upon this place. Cons: none!
