Gym has good equipment and is kept clean. Staff is friendly and usually pretty helpful. I've never had any issues at this location, never seen trash someone left behind go unnoticed for very long or been treated rudely by the employees. The sauna is my highlight as it's available on any level membership and at least in Owasso has never been out of order when I've been in. The floor plan is quite spacious as well, all the equipment has good spacing from other machines and they have everything from freeweights, dumbells, kettle bells, cable machines, medicine balls, squat racks, treadmills, ellipticals, ect. So it most likely has whatever your comfortable with using and isn't limited to just dumbells and cable equipment like some other places. The clientele is relaxed as well no ones slamming weights or loudly grunting out every rep, and you've got people of every body type too from skinny to large like myself to the very inshape and muscular. All in all a great place to workout. They offer a basic and preferred membership available on month to month as well as 12 month agreements. It's $19.99 and $29.99 for basic and preferred month to month respectively, and subtract $5 to either option if you do a 12 month agreement. They charge an annual fee of $59.99 once a year which hits 45 days after you sign up which is annoying, but literally every gym does this including Planet Fitness and Crunch so what can you do I guess. If you sign up for the perferred 12 month and want to cancel it's $80 to buy out of the agreement, and the basic 12 month buyout is like $35, it's hilarious seeing the old reviews from people mad about this when it's in pretty plain text on the physical agreement as well as on the website when you go to sign, clearly a reading comprehension issue. Just don't get the year long membership if you want to avoid the buyout it literally couldn't be simpler. To cancel you just send an email which acts as your written notice to cancel, also stated plainly on every agreement, and I can only imagine it's boomers who can't operate a phone or computer upset about this because I personally find it convenient you don't have to physically go in to cancel and it takes all of 60 seconds to email 1 sentence with your name and membership location saying you'd like to cancel. I've joined and canceled and rejoined about 2 or 3 times now as some months I had to cut out extra expenses including the gym and it's so easy I feel like the complaints about this are just from people embarrassed they didn't actually read what they were signing. "You're telling me I have to send an email?? What do you mean I can't just terminate a 12 month contract early without a fee?? Well yes it takes almost no effort to type out a single sentence and no I didn't read a word of what I signed in 3 different places before I handed over my banking information, but I don't see how my incompetence is my own fault!" The only downside I'd say is it does take 30 days to cancel, so you either have to plan out canceling on the day your invoice is due or you will end up owing the next month's dues, but to be fair this is again stated in the "cancelation" part of the agreement so it's not a surprise or anything, but it is inconvenient and the only real criticism I have of the process. Not enough to take a star for though, as it in no way is a hidden cost provided you have an elementary reading level or, even better, just ask the staff "what does this plan cost to cancel and how long does it take" as I've heard them explaining it to new members when checking in before. But im sure the illiterate won't let a simple thing like common sense stop them from giving 1 star and screeching about how difficult they found breaking their side of the agreement they didn't look at is. So if you're thinking about joining up I'd definitely give this place a look, it's clean and probably has the equipment your looking for, and so long as you can read when you go over the membership options you wont have any problems. read more

I've been a member for about a month now: When will the leg machines get fixed? (The leg extension and the leg abdominal) Also, all the rope attachments are putrid and frayed- when will you replace those? Can't find a Glute Ham Raise, will you get one? Sometimes finding the weight plates can be a hassle, i do wish the staff would walk around from time to time to correct the misplacement. On the plus side: I like the deadlift platforms, there's a seated AND stading calf raise machine, plenty of places to do cable pull downs and rows, many barbell benches (3 flat, 2 Incline, 1 decline), 2 leg presses (traditional, plus 1 or 2 seat-sliding leg presses) .... PREDATORY GYM. DO NOT USE! After joining, you will receive texts from Lighthouse trainers encouraging you to come in and discuss fitness goals. If you come in, they will try to sell you on some monthly coaching program that costs hundreds of dollars a month. They're also not open 24/7 like they advertise. They have odd hours, opening and closing at different times just about every day. Every machine I used was broken in one way or another. My first monthly payment was $67 instead of the $12 it should have been. I called the gym and asked why I was charged this much. The manager on duty couldn't give me an answer. I was told to call during the week. I did and asked to cancel my membership, but was told I had to email somebody with my name, phone number, and birthday. I sent an email asking to cancel my membership and for a refund for the overcharge. I received a reply the following day saying the charge was non-refundable. I ended up having to contact my bank & tell them to put a stop payment for 10 Gym. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. They give you a membership that is next to impossible to cancel. I tried to cancel it, and each person I talked to gave me a different answer. i was told to go to the gym to cancel it so I did. they gave me an email to contact someone. the email said to contact someone at a certain number. When you finally do get to the "right person," you are told there is a 30 day notice cancellation.. in other words, they want another month of money out of you. the cancellation is $90 plus whatever you pay monthly. so all in all, it's $100 to cancel. Greedy as fuck. I will never use this gym again. and I will give this review on any and all platforms I can find to help keep the review ratings low. FUCK YOU 10GYM. read more

I'm writing this as I sit in the dry sauna after my morning workout. 10 Gym is.... well, it's a gym. Plenty of machines to choose from with plenty.of cardio and free weight options. One thing that continually impresses me about 10 Gym is the cleanliness of the place. The staff are fanatics about it as are the patrons. I confess to not being a gym rat at all so my comparative experience is pretty small, but I know good when I see it. Staff are always friendly and professional with greetings and goodbyes on your way in and out, which is a nice touch. You'll find folks at all fitness levels in here, from the bros who probably have comparable gyms in their house to the people who think fitness is 'fitness whole pizza in my belly' (sorry... Joined for a week because I'm here in town on business, and I wasn't impressed. Front desk staff didn't ask me if I wanted a tour of the gym or explained To me any details about the gym. Like, rules, classes offered. I got nothing out of staff. i didn't like not having enough access to antibacterial cleaning supplies to clean the equipment off when finish working out. I with Covid closing businesses down, I was laid off and now drawing unemployment which is only 1/3 of my normal salary so obvious expenses need to be cut to survive and 10Gym was one of those expenses. I called in to cancel and was told I had to buy out the remainder of my contract to cancel. I guess those answering the phone for 10Gym don't understand financial hardships. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR TRAINING! As far as I'm concerned I would never go to this gym again and I will never recommend it. Not impressed with the interior at all and as far as the trainers go....they may know what they're doing, but they don't stay (which makes me wonder how the company treats them) and then the company that you pay for the training hounds you and hounds you. I didn't receive the training I was promised, they clearly breached their contract....yet they certainly are hounding me for the money they believe I owe. I owe them NOTHING, they didn't uphold their end of the contract. We had three trainers in less than a two month time span (seeing them twice a month, you do the math on that). No one ever set me up on a program, as promised....they didn't contact us when trainers left (so we would show up and they wouldn't even be there as expected), they didn't contact us to attempt to schedule new appointments with new trainers either. Asked why they said you have to give a 30 day notice which is another way of getting more money out of you. To me when you buy out a contract that should be the end but not by their standards. I have been a member of this gym, in its past and present forms, for over 30 years. First it was Benien Courts at 69th and Lewis. Then it became All America Fitness, then Fitness Xpress 24/7 and now 10Gym. I continued with my membership during all of these transitions. In 2011 I moved to Kansas to get married and continued paying my dues yearly as I knew I would be back to Oklahoma some day. After the death of my husband, mother and two dogs, all within 7 months, I moved back to Tulsa in March. During the move I left a change of address with the post office. The other evening I stopped at 10Gym to see what I needed to do to start attending. I was told by the attendant that I was no longer a member. I found out that somehow notification of my membership dues being due and payable in April was lost. I called the corporate office to see if they could help me and guess what - THEY HAVE HONORED THE MEMBERSHIP! First class organization! Cannot wait to get started again. Thanks 10Gym!! read more

10 gym is a good gym for everyone. The staff makes sure to greet everyone who comes in the door. The training staff is knowledgeable, but you better be ready to work for them or it's not worth the investment. They have plenty of cardio equipment. The area is a bit tight due to a remodel, but all in all I would recommend it to my friends and family. read more

Well to begin i must say im very critical of work out facilities. Ive been in many and first and foremost i evaluate the cleanliness of the equipment and air quality. I know this sounds weird however if im going to attempt to do something positive for myself i wouldn't want to offset that by breathing in a ton of chlorine bleach fumes. The equipment here is adequately plentiful and maintained. However the cleaning with mops and pungent cleaners during business hours near cardio areas as well as childcare facilities is a show stopper for me. I understand when i leave a huge puddle of sweat below my stairclimber at the completion of my HIIT it has to be cleaned however try not douse it in pure bleach when someone else is still working out by the machine. I have even had employees clean under me while i was working out. I don't blame the young worker i just feel that mngt should train them in a way that would better meet both the businesses as well as the members needs. With a little quality control this facility could be up to 4 stars. Temperature and Humidity are way to high for any long cardio. Recap - 1)if you use childcare plan to pull you children 30 min prior to there close. (this is when bleach comes out) 2) If possible avoid high traffic times You do get what you pay for with your membership however i feel there is definite room for improvement read more

I love this gym. The whole family has individual membership. The employees are great. Spotless gym and locker rooms. No idiotic loud lifters/weight slammers. Stopped by the 10GYM in Owasso to take a look at their equipment. The person at the front counter told me I needed to sign a waiver before I could walk into the gym, no problem. She then pointed to the other side of the room and said I need to walk over there to sign the waiver and then bring it back to her, we couldn't sign it at the counter where we were standing. Didn't feel welcome. A young lady I believe her name was Megan heard what was going on and stepped in. She gave me a tour of the facility.
