One thing that continually impresses me about 10 Gym is the cleanliness of the place. The staff are fanatics about it as are the patrons. I confess to not being a gym rat at all so my comparative experience is pretty small, but I know good when I see it. Staff are always friendly and professional with greetings and goodbyes on your way in and out, which is a nice touch. You'll find folks at all fitness levels in here, from the bros who probably have comparable gyms in their house to the people who think fitness is 'fitness whole pizza in my belly' (sorry... I hate it when I do that). Been a member for over two years and have never once felt undervalued, and if you know me then you know how hard it is for me to say that.

Sometimes finding the weight plates can be a hassle, i do wish the staff would walk around from time to time to correct the misplacement. On the plus side: I like the deadlift platforms, there's a seated AND stading calf raise machine, plenty of places to do cable pull downs and rows, many barbell benches (3 flat, 2 Incline, 1 decline), 2 leg presses (traditional, plus 1 or 2 seat-sliding leg presses) .... We moved 1400 miles away from Oklahoma and are still battling membership fees that we were told would be canceled. I understand a contract, and how that works (archaic business model in 2025) but there's a difference between just not wanting a membership, and an actual emergency that forces someone out of the area, all together. Despite moving to Montana for a terminally ill family member, we were told "too bad, a contract binds you" and my membership fees are continuing to be charged. I think a little grace and kindness in a hard situation goes a long way, I'd be writing a much different review on this gym (which we liked) but the owner isn't a cool person, not understanding, and greedy. He obviously needs the money more than he needs a good reputation in the Owasso area. BUYER BEWARE!

It's clean and everything works as far as I've experienced. My issue comes with the lies and misinformation from the staff. I signed a 1 year non renewable contract and 2 months before my year was up I called to cancel was told my cancellation was good, I didn't need to come in, and it would stop after 2 more months only for me to be charged for 3 additional months. I spent about 2 to 3 weeks calling almost daily and leaving a voicemail almost every time for no response whatsoever. I finally was able to get into the office while someone ( who didn't give a name or business card when asked) told me not only was my contract switched to open after the year was up but also said I wouldn't be charged anymore. just for anytime fitness corporate to call the next day and let me know my membership is scheduled to be canceled (a day after I would have been charged again) instead of the same day I canceled it.( Being as it's a franchise corporate could not change the dates they can only see the dates) as of now I'm still waiting to hear back. will come back with an update if no update
