We started off with a yoga class, which definitely worked on many muscle groups (Core, back, leg, arm, and shoulder) to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. The instructor had a very calm, soothing, and encouraging voice that helped us relax and ease and transition smoothly into the class. Following that, we jumped right into the spin class (indoor cycling workout) and pedaled very intensely to work on our hamstrings, quadriceps, and gluteal muscles. The spin instructor had great energy and was very motivating, which kept us going as long as we could. The music and lighting were also very upbeat and bright. After everything was over, we felt super tired, but glad that we came to this welcoming and encouraging environment. I highly recommend checking it out!

I was going to sign up for as many classes as I could, but then I looked at my three year old and then at my planner. One class was all I could squeeze in. Blast. So, I signed up for Restorative Yoga on Thursday at 6:30 PM. Parking is limited if folks are out and about. No street parking available at all. There was an empty lot, but all the spots near the street lights were full. I ended up parking in the dimly lit back near the overpass. Super safe. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested to get a quick tour and lay of the land. The studio is super clean, spunky in character, and has plenty of storage for all the things one needs when working out. I was offered a bottle of water, which I happily took, and was then told that this one was on the house otherwise it would cost me $2. Well, that seemed like a snarky lesson, but okay, noted. I thought it was just a friendly gesture. Word to the wise: BRING YOUR OWN WATER. Abby was the yoga instructor for our session. That studio faces the street with a wall of windows but it was not overly bright at all. The lights were dimmed, electric candles were turned on, and soothing music was playing the background. Abby was a wonderful instructor, gently guiding the 7 of us in the class through relaxing poses and stretches. I did have one quibble in that I am not at all flexible, especially when I have not worked out beforehand. She startled me when trying to press on my back during child pose but profusely apologized after class once I explained why I was not putting all my weight on the bolster. The best part of this class: the head massage. You read that right, the head massage. It was brief but glorious. Overall, this was a wonderful and relaxing yoga class! Highly recommend!

They have all the things you can imagine is in a gym including a tanning bed, spray tan and an infrared sauna. There are also hydro massage areas and showers. It's not as clean as I would like, but that's on the members, I suppose. I typically walk around with a paper towel that has been sprayed to wipe stuff down. I rarely see anyone else do it. Heads up! Other than that, it is decent. They do offer personal trainers and have beverages at the front.

My membership got switched to somewhere out of state and I was assured numerous times that It would be handled, given that I could not do anything but go to Zumba and work out. I could not book classes, no tanning, nothing else. So I let my membership drop to a base while the transfer to where I live took place. After a month and a half I was told the process had changed and they needed a utility bill. A few days ago Toby tells me that he cannot back credit my account now because it's not a "Peak" and that I would have to call deerfield Nebraska (WHICH IS NOW CLOSED) PERMANENTLY. So that I could fix my membership. I would never recommend this gym, not ever. Zumba was fun and most of the people were cordial. Facility locker rooms always stayed clean. Kind of a tight fit for the influx of people since gym is located close to a college campus.
