Chilaquiles
Lam B.

Stopped by for a spontaneous brunch and had the classic experience of slow service and hearty food. Despite coming in on a Tuesday, there was a 15 minute waitlist for a table. After being seated, the server quickly took our orders. The drinks came out quickly but the food arrived after 30 minutes. Besides the initial interaction, we were not checked on afterwards. *Chilaquiles: came with a choice of green chile, ranchero or Christmas sauce. I chose the Christmas sauce so then I could try both options. However, the tortilla chips were so dry. There needed to be way more sauce to provide adequate flavor and softening. There wasn't any spice or acidity from either of the sauces. There was minimal chicken and the pico de gallo was limited to the small scoop on top. I couldn't taste the cilantro crema at all and this just tasted like a pile of chips with two sunny side eggs. *Espresso Martini: this was deep and rich without being cloyingly sweet. The foam was thick. Pleasant cold brew sweetened by the vanilla vodka and hazelnut. While the food and service were mediocre, I found my cocktail to be memorable. My search for the ultimate brunch spot in AZ continues.

Went here once for a quick brunch on a weekday. Wasn't too crowded. Was easy to find, and the server was really friendly and helped us with good recommendations. I tried the chillaquillas, it was really good. However, I had tried it at another place it had more flavor and spices with it which I had like more. This was different but this was good in it's own way as well. Not sure which is the more authentic version. Also there banana French toast was really good as well.

First time at Over Easy. Was happy they opened at 6:30 but the Yelp Reviews were not stellar. Menu is pretty basic, they feature several items that were on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. Breakfasts range from about $14 to $18 which is pretty much on par these days. Ordered the Southwest Skillet with chorizo, potatoes, peppers, chili and black beans. If you want a slice of toast added it's an additional $2.50 if you want two slices it is $4.50... WTF? Did not ask about English Muffin. Dish was ample, service was very good as was the food. Did not really need the bread, however the add on pissed me off. Who charges an extra $4.50 for toast? First and last time here, too many other choices in area if you can wait until 700 am.

Our first time here and was pleasantly surprised. The building itself looks like a fast food joint and wow was it busy! They had outside seating and it was packed as well. We were greeted by our smiling and very nice server who took our orders, delivered our drinks and kept checking up on us. She had on the coolest ring.. it looked like a crown. Everyone at our table cleaned their plates so you know that means it was good. I had the chorizo Benedict and it was delish. Will we go back?? Oh yeah!

Arrived to have breakfast and was greeted by Haley. What a pleasant young lady. Very happy always smiling. Service was quick and will definitely come back. One suggestion get Red Bull for a morning boost. Vodka red-bull would be great. Food was really good as well

First time here. Seated right away our server was great. Freshly squeezed Orange juice was great but $6.00 for a small glass is a bit pricey. Food over was good nothing special. Good atmosphere! Would I come back yes I would.

Best fresh squeezed mimosa! Service is great as well as atmosphere. Photo is the BLTA, which was great.

I've only ordered from here. I haven't visited the restaurant, yet. The potatoes O'Brien were delicious! They're very flavorful and come in a large portion. The toast was great, too. The bread was fresh and of good quality. The bacon was yummy, as well. The banana nut French toast was fabulous. My iced chai was really good...I wish it was a bit larger. My son enjoyed his breakfast sandwich. He says he wishes it had sausage patties versus links. It's a bit expensive, but the portions are large. There are a wide variety of options I'm looking forward to trying.

The ordering process was clear and efficient and the administrative staff was always available to answer any questions that arose. This company is not short on communication and both the owner, Eric, and manager, Carson, ensured that our experience was wonderful and our expectations were exceeded. The catering menu itself is large (15 pages long) and diverse with many different options including passed appetizers, dinner packages, carving stations, and much more. We opted for the delivery service and ordered about ten Heavy Hor's d'Oeuvres from the À la carte menu items for our party of 45. Delivery was on time and set up was as expected. While I would not recommend the Crab & Cheese Rangoons (overcooked and dry) nor the Bruschetta (Crostini toasts were too hard/crunchy), most of our menu choices were delicious: - Mini Cuban Sandwiches (amazing) - Mini Beef Wellingtons with Creamy Horseradish (amazing) - Thai Peanut Chicken Skewers (excellent) - Flatbread with pulled pork and caramelized onions (excellent) - Marinated Grilled Vegetable Display (excellent) - Firecracker Shrimp Spring Rolls (good, but a bit overcooked/crunchy) [- Tomato bruschetta itself was fresh and flavorful] Overall a great first experience ... This company was very easy to work with and we will use them again for future events.

I decided to look online to see who could make a charcuterie board for me. And lucky for me XOXO Charcuterie came up in my search. I went to the website and saw the most adorable charcuterie boats...single portions!! OMG! That was perfect. People came in, grabbed a "boat", a drink and found a seat and settled down to listen to our speaker. But, back to the "boats". It was super easy to order them online. A quick text to check the date with Masha and after she gave me the go ahead, I just ordered them on her website. The best part? They delivered them at precisely the time she said they would! And, not only were they charming to look at, but they were delicious. Everyone loved them. They looked exactly like they looked on the website. I ate leftovers for days after the holiday too as there was plenty of meats, cheeses, honey, fresh fruit, dry fruit, nuts and more... My wife and I love to cook and have prepared some outstanding meals at home over our 40 years together. We have extensively traveled and lived throughout the world and as such developed pallets for superb cuisine from all over. As we grew older we gleaned the best of what we enjoy and developed them into our own cooking skills. My wife being Korean born refined her cooking skills in the eastern cuisine like Korean, Japanese, Thailand, and others while I have refined my skills with French and Italian. Prescott is a beautiful place to live but its culinary basis is built on sawdust. We usually cook for ourselves if we want a top notch meal. Now the past several years I have been confined to a wheelchair and transport is very limited. We used to spend winters in Hawaii where we could get great quality meals and seafood whether we prepared them or went out. So our 40th! I wanted to do something special for my wife since I have not been living up to my end of our culinary relationship being confined to a wheelchair. Thus I started seeking out a Chef that would come to our home with his staff and prepare a custom made meal for us. I selected Chef Thomas and Copper State Kitchen. I started by a rather lengthy discussion via phone and followed up with sending Chef Thomas some of our favorite recipes, sufficient for him to develop a five-course meal for us. Chef Thomas is very professional and easy to work with. We refined the meal over the next two days we agreed on the following proposed menu; I supplied the wines. Amuse-Bouche * Fig Jam, Blue Cheese, Red Wine Poached Pear & Arugula Crostini Starter * Prime Rib Poke with sesame crunch and microgreens and pipkuala aioli (based on my deconstruction of the infamous Tiki Bar in Waikiki dish) Pasta Course * Lobster Tagliatelle in a Champagne Cream Sauce Main Course * Beef Wellington with foie gras and red wine demi-glace Dessert * Crème Brûlée (torched table-side) Wine Pairings * Santa Margarita Prosecco DOCG * Domaine Salmon Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc * Tenuta de Sesta Brunello di Montalcino 1996 * Chateau Rieussec 1st Grand Cru Classe 1863 Sauternes 2004 Every course was perfect and very enjoyable. And they cleaned the kitchen meeting my wife's expectations. I highly recommend Copper State Kitchen for your personal culinary experience to celebrate your special occasions.

We did…read morea sample tasting for our potato bar dinner and were very pleased making only a slight change to the roasted vegetables. The beef was so savory and tasty, the potatoes cooked perfectly and the chicken was nicely seasoned and cooked. The bread was great and the herbed butter very good. On the day of however (3/29/25, my daughter's wedding), it was a different story. Though the potatoes were superb, the beef was without the savory sauce we sample tasted and only gravy as an optional add on which wasn't the same at all. There was no separate gravy at the sample tasting. The chicken was overcooked and dry. The toppings for the potatoes were at a separate table with no signage and it was too dark (outside event) to see what each was. The bread was not the Irish bread we sampled at all - rather some kind of fruit bread. And lastly, they made our dinner late by 15 minutes needing more time to get set up.

I would not recommend this caterer. Not one product we…read morereceived looked anything like the photos supplied in this yelp advertisement. The presentation or the food. My son and daughter-in-law were married in October of 2024. They met with Kassandra and ultimately ordered a bruschetta appetizer for each guest, followed by a dinner salad. Dinner was a selection of pastas and dinner rolls. The rolls were cold and hard a rock. I watched as a male child opened and dumped a bag of Costco rolls into a mixing bowl right before dinner service started. At least bring a steamer pot to make them warm, soft and edible. I picked up roll as he dumped them in the bowl and was immediately embarrassed that this is what was going to be served to our guests. If I were a caterer, I'd be mortified to serve food like that. **The bruschetta appetizer my daughter-in-law ordered was NOT served with the dinner and each guest did not get one. ** My daughter-in-law paid for the dinner portion of the wedding and I paid for a charcuterie table to be served during cocktail hour. Kassandra made the executive decision to put the dinner bruschetta on the charcuterie table instead of serving it to each guest as an appetizer. So I paid for a full charcuterie table to feed 120 and my dIL paid for a bruschetta appetizer separately but yet Kassandra combined the two separate orders and served one bruschetta. Essentially we were double-charged for food that Kassandra combined without consulting with us. I also paid $420 for a water and Ice tea station. Kassandra set up a makeshift table with a gallon of water (with some cut of fruit) and a gallon of tea and a little ramekin with 4 sugar packets. That was it. No decor, no cups, nothing. $420 plus an additional 20%tip for WATER and ice tea!!!! Once the dinner service was over, (the reception was just beginning- dancing hadn't even started ) Kassandra took the two containers of tea and water and Dumped them out!! I was made aware of it because people began asking me where the water and tea had been moved to. Meanwhile, I had a 2 - gallon containers in the bar area that were empty that Kassandra should've poured the tea and water into instead of dumping it out. I paid for it, I didn't borrow the tea until dinner service was over. She also took the water and tea and dumped it out on the side of my house. I know this because the fruit that was in the water was strewn about all over the ground beside my House. I also purchased a $1500 dessert table that was filled with stale lady fingers and little round mushy cheesecakes that were served in soggy PAPER wrappers that no one could get them out of without making a big mess. The dessert table underwhelming and disappointing. We also ordered a chocolate fountain.Kassandra brought a $19 Walmart version of a chocolate fountain and started setting it up during the reception speeches. Since the chocolate fountain was small and cheap Kassandra knocked it over right after the chocolate started melting and chocolate went everywhere. All over the table and candles and dessert plates (that I provided) the bricks and soaked into the antique wood table top. It took us two weeks to get the chocolate out of the creases of the wood. We had to treat the table with a product to help soak up all the oil that was in the chocolate and ultimately had to sand the table down. The entire dessert table went straight into the garbage can. There was nothing fresh or homemade about those desserts. I think this caterer is one of those businesses that decided to start a catering business and are figuring it out as they go along. That's fine as long as you are not charging five tier pricing on a 1 tier product and service. She also charged and was paid in advance for an all gratuity which is outrageous especially how the caliber of the product and service was not remotely comparable to the product and service we paid. I called Kassandra the day after the wedding to discuss the situation over the bruschetta - she said she couldn't talk so I texted her my concerns and she never responded back to Me. Again, I would not recommend this caterer. She is highly under qualified and over priced . And, I am telling you that nothing we had was fresh or locally made or homemade. It was Pure Costco through and through. The day after the wedding, once we had a day to settle down and process the event we realized that no one got a Bruschetta appetizer. I messaged Kassandra about that issue and that's when she told me she put them on the charcuterie table to make it "look more full." I paid for a charcuterie table for 120, it should've looked full because that's what I paid for. There was definitely not 120 bruschetta on the charcuterie table anyway.
