Mojito

Very good food!!! Very good service!! I loved their pasta and mojitos!!! At first we had to wait a while, and we had to stand with like 20 other people in the front of the restaurant, which was very uncomfortable. I would recommend having more space for a waiting area if it is that busy, bc we would have been fine with waiting if it wasn't so stressful!

Focaccia bread, baked rigatoni wine and beer.

We had the best meal yesterday. Natasha was a great server and took great care of us. Emanuel suggested a super wine to go with our meal of baked rigatoni with pepperoni and mushrooms. We also had the focaccia bread with fresh mozzarella. Then Natasha suggested their homemade tiramisu. I haven't had a good tiramisu in almost 15 years since my girlfriend made it for me. Hopefully I can talk my husband into coming back tonight for our final dinner in Madrid. I highly recommend this place.

Truffle pizza

My first pizza place I've tried in Madrid! It's a little pricey compared to normal pizza places in the states, but you are paying for the ambiance. What I ordered: my boyfriend and I split the truffle pizza. It came with an over easy egg on top. The crust was thin, but delicious. I really enjoyed eating the crust with some of the delicious olive oil that was on the table. In total out bill was $17 for the pizza. It was a good experience, but I'm not over the moon for this place (hence the 4 stars). This would be a good date place! Make sure to get a reservation on weekends though because this place fills up quickly!

Solomillo de la finca

A very pleasant surprise for my family looking to eat something different after so many days of eating Spanish food. This is a legit Italian restaurant!! The pasta is made in-house and the pizza looks good. We didn't order pizzas, but they look good from other patrons. We ordered El Tazano appetizer which is a sampling of their cold cuts, cheese, olives; it was small but delicious! We also ordered the solomillo de la finca (sirloin steak with a side of pasta), linguine with red shrimps ( to-die-for!!), lasagne, and spaghetti bolognese for my little kiddie ( she ate the whole thing!). Desserts were good too. I recommend apple crumble and the biscotti with ice cream. It was such a good experience, my kids asked to come back the next night and we came back; we rarely repeat restaurants on our trips unless it's really good. On the second night I ordered a margerita. It was so good! Service is very attentive and our servers all speak English. I highly recommend this place if and when all the Spanish tapas get too old for you.

Went to this joint on our way to the Manchester United vs. Atletico Madrid game. Amazing pizza and was recommended to me by an Italian pizza chef I stayed in a hostel with in Valencia. His recs hold some weight

This has to be a hidden gem of the city! We ordered ceviche, two pastas and one pizza - all were delicious. Such a shame we didn't find this place sooner. My daughter is a picky eater and she ate all her pasta. Dessert were decadent & delicious. We had great time!!!

Parpadelle with mushrooms and truffle.. yum and big portion!

Very nice place for a fulfilling and delicious meal! The place itself is very spacious, modern, and clean. The staff was very nice and seated us quickly. It was easy to communicate with everyone that was working there. The food itself was great! We had pasta and pizza and both portions were big and left us very satisfied. I definitely recommend this place for lunch or dinner during a trip to Madrid. There's a nice variety of pasta's and pizza on the menu so there's something for everyone. It's also priced very well.

This was a good break from the tapas and paella binges we were on. A friend of mine had recommended this place to us and the menu did look pretty good. We didn't have any reservations, but the server, Carlos, provided us with a table fairly quickly. We ordered the ceviche, mushroom truffle pappardelle, cosmopolitan pizza, and the biscotti al horno. Overall, the food was alright and nothing special (3 stars), but Carlos was very friendly and always smiling. He would check in on us and give us feedback on the menu and even things to do in Madrid. Carlos' service is the reason for the additional star. Thanks for everything.

Fabulous food, drink and service. Great Calzone and pizza. Amazing service as well. Efficient almost American type of service. Do try, home made pizza and dough coupled with a sangria, just do it!

Ôven is a good spot for a rest, a drink, and a bite to eat once you've made it to the end of the Fuencarral shopping street. Decor: Modern-rustic. Cozy. Food: We shared a Capri Salad and a Margarita pizza. The salad was nice and refreshing without having too much cheese in it. The pizza crust was great, but I would have preferred a little more sauce and a little less cheese. Drink: Mojito was great (a little on the sweet side), but the Gin & Tonic was something special. Our server came out with a large goblet of ice, a bottle of Bombay Sapphire gin, and a bottle of tonic water. He started pouring the gin into the goblet and told us to let him know when we thought there was enough gin in the glass. He then topped it off with the tonic. It was a pretty impressive presentation. Service: Quite pleasant despite our lack of all but the most basic Spanish. Certainly above average. Overall it was a good pit stop on our day of touring.

The reservation system is easy to use, and reach out to them if there does not appear to be any bookings available. The staff is friendly and helpful, even offering suggestions despite my very poor Spanish grammar when asking. The last two visits I've been fortunate to be seated next to the kitchen for a front row view of the magic. They have a wood-fired oven, and the artichokes may be one of the best things I have ever eaten. I normally order the grilled chicken breast and my bf had one of the best steaks of his life here. The bread is freshly baked and so, so good. While I have not tried any of the desserts, they bring out a dark chocolate truffle after the meal that is the perfect ending.

Service was friendly and efficient (and spoke English which helped overcome my very poor Spanish). The server recommended the cheesecake for desert, and I almost passed because, well, cheesecake, but holy hell, it was amazing. Oozing with fresh ricotta and served with a dose of Amaretto to pour over, it was simply spectacular. Met the chef and her team and they couldn't have been nicer. Easily one of our best meals in Madrid. Go!!

The hostess was kind enough to have us wait only 5 minutes and then place us in a table for two with an added chair to accommodate us. The service was very friendly. All the dishes were very good and we also ordered a bottle of wine. At the end for dessert we ordered a tiramisu and a cheesecake which were so so creamy and delicious. The restaurant is very pretty and the staff is welcoming. We arrived before our reservation and were seated. We had a party of 9 and they were able to give good service despite the large party size. The bar serves wine and aperol spritz only so no cocktails to sip here. We did receive some limoncello at the end of the meal which was perfectly chilled. I would recommend this lovely spot in Madrid!

It was fantastic and I came back this year on my latest visit to see if they still had it. Nope. I instead ordered Avocado Toast with the poached egg on top as a-la-carte. Well ... what came back to me this time was indeed a large flat piece of toast with a pile of smashed avocado on one side and a poached egg solo on the right side. Huh?? Didn't know there was gonna be THAT big of a change in the menu. Alas, if I ever find myself here again, I'm going to order things directly off the menu instead of trying to improvise like I did this time. :-/

Jack of all trades, master of none (especially quesadillas)…read more The menu is like a Spanish Cheesecake Factory, everything from Pad Thai to Hawaiin pizza. We went for a local favorite, ham and cheese croquettas and a small chicken quesadilla. Beer and wine was fine. Fast service. Maybe too fast in case of the food. Croquettas were warm-ish. Crust was crispy, but inside was 99 percent cheese and bland. Maybe they are on a campaign to reduce food cost. Maybe a war on food cost. Food cost Inquisition? Chicken quesadillas were, to put it mildly, sad. Served at room temperature. Mushrooms pretending to be chicken. Texture implied they were made in the morning (maybe) and reheated at 8:30 pm ever so slightly. We left 80 percent of all the food on the plate when asking for the check. The waiter didn't flinch. Twenty-eight euros and maybe 28 minutes later, we were out the door. Maybe they serve some thing or things better from the over-achiever menu. However, this initial experience did not encourage us to go back to try anything else. No Bueno. Service: Fast Ambience: Yes
