Great food, and a cozy atmosphere in a very live location. It was a good change of pace after a week of tapas. Definitely a must try! Shout out to our friendly waiter Antonio!

Very good Italian restaurant with Napolitain staff...The pizza was one of the best we had in Madrid ! Also pasta was very good ! Excellent service situated close to puerto del sol metro !

WARNING: Review your checks very carefully. Server gave my party a check for food and drinks we never ordered.

Terrible dining experience. 1. Servers did not pay attention to our table. Seemed like they were in their own world. 2. Took over an hour for a salad and a lasagna to come out. 3. When I asked for check, noticed it had a bunch of add-ons that were never requested by my party. Good thing I reviewed the check item by item. 4. Servers did not bring credit card machine to my table. After another long wait, decided to go to bar and pay the tab there. 5. Food was pretty mediocre. Lasagna portion was pretty small.

Was in plaza mayor and sightseeing and had a taste for Italian. Grazie Mille did not disappoint. Had the Tricolore pizza. Was AMAZING! Fresh buffalo mozzarella, fresh Ricola, the crust was outstanding. Best pizza I've had in Europe. My wife ordered the calzone and loved it as well. Service was excellent. We came before they opened and they allowed us to sit down and rest and brought us drinks while we waited for the kitchen to open. Very friendly. I highly recommend it and would come back again. Oh, and the portions were huge. Could easy split a pizza between two hungry adults. Enjoy!

Well, I know it's a bit odd to seek out Italian food while visiting Spain, but my coworker wanted a change from our week-long Tapas adventures. So after consulting Yelp, this seemed like a conveniently located and highly rated restaurant. Our food (Lasagna and a Pasta dish) was really delicious, and comparable with food I've had in Italy! Service was attentive as well... and the complementary cold limoncello (after checking in on Yelp) was a much appreciated surprise.

So - I was craving Italian after all I am half Italian. I quickly realized that when in Europe and you crave Italian cuisine, just hop on a train and head over to Italy! I ordered what I was hoping would be an amazing serving of Ravioli with mussels in a pomodoro sauce......what I got was a half cold and half hot plate of ravioli which was definitely re-heated in a possible micros ave? The mussels were not properly cleaned and a bit grainy. :( - BTW I love love mussels so I was disappointed. The only thing that kept me trying to finish was the zucchini. The sauce was ok, but I have had much better. It was a little bland, there was also some small shrimps which unfortunately did not add flavor as they had a metallic after taste. :( I had attempted to eat for lunch but waited was told to come back later since they had no availability. I was sad but excited because it was packed! So I was definitely intrigued to give it a try! Overall my server was fantastic and extremely friendly! But hey this is Madrid and so far everyone is amazing and courteous! But I will stick with Spanish food while here! ;) .... ok maybe I will try the pizza here? Ciao Bella!

I was very much impressed with this eatery. You can only eat so much paella and tapas in one week. I was really craving something a little more home-y. Pasta with mushrooms and cream sauce was excellent. Perfect portion size with some focaccia. My sister had the gnocchi and love it. Light flavorful cream sauce. Pasta was definitely homemade. Makes such a difference! Shout out to the staff who was helpful with our language barrier! Would definitely come back to try the pizza!

A delicious dinner in a wonderful setting, with even better attention from the staff. This is one of the best experiences and best tasting food in Madrid. The food here is truly how "nonna" would make it and worth while having a bite ! The ambience is exactly what you would expect from a top restaurant . Highly recommended !

Tasty!!! I had the tagliatelle with mushrooms and cream sauce and it was amazing. Also had some limoncello that made a great dessert. Really cozy ambiance. Friendly service.

This place is adorable! The decor is well done and it has a very intimate environment. I had the lasagna and my wife the 5 cheese Gnocchi, both dishes were amazing. Apparently in Italian, "grazie mille" means "thanks a million." Thank you a million Spain + Italy!!

Amazing food. Someone wrote that the owners must be paying people for the 4 and 5 star reviews. Not at all.

The restaurant is very pretty and the staff is welcoming. We arrived before our reservation and were seated. We had a party of 9 and they were able to give good service despite the large party size. I would recommend this lovely spot in Madrid!

Food was all delicious, hot, and cooked to order. The menu here pulls a fusion of Spanish fare and modern Italian food. They have all traditional modern dishes with a touch of non-traditional but in a very good way. I got the prawn risotto which tasted very good after a long day of walking and visiting Madrid. My partner ended up getting a lasagna and it came out in it's own small iron cast pan. For an appetizer, or tapa if you will, we got a nice warm soup bowl that came with a side of dehydrated veggie chips (all homemade). It was the perfect warm and cozy meal for a unseasonably cold and rainy Madrid evening. Even the fresh parm came out in a small iron cast tiny dutch oven/pan that was adorable and very on brand with the modern decor around. There is a wall, in one of the seating areas, that has flowers in olive oil so nicely displayed and perfect for a picture background. Service was timely and we were even offered a shot of liquor before we continued our night by our waitress. We had to decline because we were so so full of pasta and food and satisfied.

The restaurant is on a nice small street, so while wandering the area we just happened to stumble upon it on our first day in Madrid. When I saw that it was authentic pasta, I figured it would be great to give it a try, and I'm so glad that we did. We went on a Sunday, the same day as El Rastro, huge weekly flea market in the La Latina neighborhood. The streets were packed and so was Nina. However, we snagged a large community table in the back. One important tip about going on Sunday- they have a limited menu due to the amount of people coming because of El Rastro. The menu offers 2-3 tapas, and only 2 lunch options. But don't worry because both options are AMAZING. Their carbonara and Gnocci are to die for! We also had tinto de Verano to drink (sangria) that was also really yummy. We loved this place so much that on our last full day we had to return for one more meal! We went on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch, perfect time because it wasn't crowded and they also had their full menu available. We were happy to be greeted by the same lovely servers who remembered us from Sunday. My fiancé went with the carbonara again and I tried one of their daily specials, and OMG I am so glad so did. They offered a pappardelle black truffle and parmesan pasta and it was life changing to say the least. I spent time thinking about how I can bring some back to the US. I also tried to savor each bite by eating very slowly lol. During that meal we also had the gnocchi bravas, their take on the classic patatas bravas. That also was amazing, and a nice change since we'd been eating the traditional bravos all week. Please, please, please if you're in Madrid stop by Ninas Pasta Bar for lunch. You will not regret it and you probably will think about the pasta for the rest of your trip, like I did!!
