Very clean and well maintained outlet mall

Easy to get to and many great stores. Very disappointed that Jockey and le creuset closed.

This mall has went downhill the past 2 years. The stores here have never been that great but they recently closed some of my favorites like Aero, Pacsun, Rue21, and Styles for less. This mall is definitely a no-go if you're looking for teen or young adult clothes. Not a great selection of stores. This also goes for the food court. They need to step up their game. my son loves the splash pad! His dad or uncles stay with him at the playground while I can run in the store or two that I need to! There are quite a few empty retail spots, hopefully they can get some new stores in there as well, read more

Nice place to shop casually, stores for all ages, easy access and very friendly.

I did give five stars for the mall part because every time I have gone there it's very clean and family friendly. We decided to go to the trick or treat from 5-7 which was a joke. Lots of stores had no candy why promote it so much on the big screen if every store doesn't do it. Other than that it's a great place to be. read more

I recently decided that it was time to get some new tennis shoes, and I was recommended by a friend of mine to head to the local sketchers for a sweet pair of kicks. I can honestly say, I have never walked into a place of business and seen so many diligently working and positive employees in my life. Within 10 steps in the door, I was already being helped by one of the young gentlemen, Luis, if I recall correctly. Luis was there by my side, answering my questions, helping me find shoes my size, and just being an all-around huge helping hand! There isn't a person in the world with as bright of a smile and attitude as Luis's! After my very persistent help from Luis, I found a great pair of shoes, the Sketcher's Men's Relaxed Fits, and Ive never been so content with a pair of shoes in all of my time alive. I went to go check out, and believe it or not, more smiling faces and great attitudes! Checkout was a breeze, thanks to a few young teens who gave me a run down of deals, prices, and More! It would be rude of me to not give them props, and I believe their names were Jake and Jennifer? But, very great people, and those are hard to come across nowadays. All-in-all, I was amazed to find out, they were all teenagers! Even the manager, Dominique, teen! There isn't a team of well oriented teenagers that work so well together as this team did. If I could, I'd give them a 6th star in a heartbeat. read more

This place is the worst! I regret driving all the way out there & wasting my time. What they don't tell you is that the majority of clothing is of inferior quality, is defective in some way, did not pass QC, or is made by sweatshop. Ask them for yourself about how the quality compares to the name brand at a regular store like Macy's. They have to disclose that info to you. If you are OK with that then save the 40 mile drive & just go to Ross or Mills Mall. I'd also experienced terrible customer service at several stores, not all, but several. Also, many of the items are only 5 to 10% less then your regular department store. read more

I usually hate outlet malls but this one isn't too bad. I wanted to do some shopping but didn't want to venture all the way into the valley. I found a few great deals to my surprise! I stopped at the Carter's baby clothes store, Under Armor, Vitamin World and lastly Gap. I will definitely be back. I had an enjoyable experience. read more

Super disappointed with the customer service my family and I received today. Went in ready to buy some specific items. Not once were we greeted. All 3 employees were huddled up at the cash register. Yes they had a customer in line, there's only 2 registers. They all seem confused and bothered when we stood right by the register and finally made eye contact to ask for the location of an item. Only to have another employee cut us off finishing our sentence. NOPE!, We only carry this online! Thanks!? We will shop else where. Apparently not important enough to be acknowledged or respected as a human being. read more

I had a great shopping experience at the Karen Kane outlet store in Anthem. My husband & I were visiting our daughter & son in-law for New Years. Along w/ our 2 grand-daughters we decided to go to Anthem. The girls working at Karen Kane were great. They showed us around, helped find specific sizes when we were in the dressing rooms. They even had toys for the girls to play with while we were trying on clothes. Great time! I can't wait to go back. read more

The only time I would visit this outlet is when I am on my way home from the north. A lot of shops to go to but not really many good stores to go shop at. The prices aren't that good either. The only good thing about this location is that it's an outdoor type of shopping mall. read more

Not the best outlet to hang out around Phoenix. Lots of empty stores, but you can still find major brands like Nike, Adidas, Coach, CK, Tommy Hilfiger etc. The shoppers membership is free of charge, definitely check that out for discounts on stores and food at the food court. read more

I went after a Holiday shop event at my twin group organization. Someone mentioned that Coach had an additional 30% off on items that were already 50% off. Of course, I had to go see that, I had never been to the outlets and I am not one to go to them, because most are not worth the time. However, like my husband would say, whenever I hear sale, something starts ringing in my head and it becomes like an Olympic competitive event for me. So, armed with this information I drove from central Scottsdale to Anthem, yes, about 30 miles out of the way. What can I say, I don't mind driving? The energy in the mall was bustling, it was really busy on a Saturday evening. I parked near the Coach store, my feet were already killing me, even though I was wearing this Cole Hahn shoes "with Nike technology" that are supposed to be easier on your feet. Of course, my hubby had to chime in, he said I am not supposed to wear heels for over 9 hours, but back to the outlet, the energy was so intense I wanted to stay and check out the other stores. I tried, but darn my feet were hurting. I have to come back and check out the rest. By the way, I am not known for my sensible shoes, but they are really beautiful. read more

It took my daughter 9 months to be brave enough to get her ears pierced. Last night, she finally was ready only to have the Claire's at the Outlets at Anthem 4250 W Anthem Way, Anthem, AZ 85086 mess her piercings up. The left ear pierce is noticeably higher than the right ear pierce. When we showed the manager she said "it's not that bad". My daughter has been crying ever since because it is extremely noticeable and she is embarrassed. When we called today they said to pull the one that was off out and let it grow back and they will re-pierce for free. We asked about them refunding the cost of the original and they said we don't do that but we will pierce it again for free. Really? That's how you will compensate my daughter's pride is not charging for the piercing you will need to do to make it even? Maybe it would have been done correctly if the young girl who was doing it wasn't also talking to a boy who walked in while she was trying to do the piercing. Here's a pic showing how badly she missed the mark on her ear. So very disappointed, not so much in the mistake, but in how you have handled the mistake. You put a hole in her body that will be there for the rest of her life and we get a free piercing? read more

I bought a Kitchen Aid Mixer on December 6th at the Kitchen Collection Store at the Outlet Mall in Carlsbad, CA. It was given to my son and his wife for Christmas. When they got it out of the (NEW) box to use it, as the beaters turned, it made grinding noises. I called the KC in Carlsbad and explained what happened and that my son lives in Phoenix. They said to take it in with the receipt to any of the Arizona KC stores. My son and his wife and baby took a 40 mile trip to go to the Kitchen Collection store at Anthem. The experience they had was way less than pleasant. After lugging the Mixer in and presenting it (in the box with everything it came with) and the receipt to the person workiing at their register, my son was told that they don't take returns or exchanges on the kitchen aid items. My son told her what I had been told and also showed her on the bottom of the receipt that stated they DO accept returns and exchanges and she told him it was Company Policy not to do so on Kitchen Aid appliances. He asked if she had that policy in writing and she said "NO, it is an understood policy and is not in writing." After trying to talk with her and ask to speak with someone else, she was still rude. They were not nice and not helpful and did not follow the policy stated on their receipt. My son left with his Kitchen Aid Mixer, went home, called Kitchen Aid's 800 number and they are sending him a new one. Sad experience and the money I would have saved with a rebate, was spent on gas. read more

The Outlets at Anthem provides a great shopping experience. ..especially if you're searching for children's and designer clothes. With Carters, Hartstrings, Gymboree, Oshkosh, Naartjie, Strasbourg, and more for the young set and Polo, Ann Taylor, Geoffrey Beene, Gap, Lane Bryant, Petite Sophisticate, Guess, and Tommy Hilfiger among other options...you should not leave disappointed (or empty-handed). Plus, fun stores like Le Gourmet Chef, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Le Creuset and Gold Mountain Mining Company add to the appeal. New stores to be added include a Children's Place, Tommy Bahama, and Banana Republic. The restrooms are large, very clean, and even offer sunscreen! There's a complete listing of stores and special activities every week listed on their website. My only wish is for a decent sit-down restaurant or two, then it would be perfect. read more

Anyways love this place. yeah it does not have every store but look on the directory see if its a place you want to look at. I drove an hour to go check it out and well worth it had alot of sales going on. Coach did not have anything on the directory about having sales when i got there most of there stuff was on sale 40 to 50% off plus another 30% off. with the stuff i bought at that one store total was over $600.00 with the sale i paid $213.00 well worth the trip right there. I just relocated back to Phoenix this past November. I was a frequent shopper at the Ralph Lauren Store at the Anthem Outlets in the past. I was completely blown away by my shopping experience this last December. The store looked amazingly clean and well organized. I had the best time shopping there Christmas time. My shopping experience at Karen Kane was terrible. This one sales associate has some kind of nasal problem and sniffled the entire time I was in the store. It was rude. The women were inattentive and one girl was quite nasty. Sorry, I would never shop Karen Kane again. Not really any good deals here i.e. outlet pricing. They have this "sample" line where a bunch of clothes are thrown together but they are not sized appropriately. You could be a 12 and the piece you picked out could be an 8 or a 10 or a 12 or a 14. You have to take the entire section of that clothing into the fitting room to find the best fit. Too much work. I was rushed out of the store, came in at 7:30 and the one woman was not happy about that. These outlets are downhill anyway. Lots of store closings. Go to Happy Valley - can get great bargains at T.J. Maxx for much less. read more

We just visited the Outlets at Anthem and left feeling great knowing we received such great deals. My friend forgot her stroller for her infant, and we were very excited to find out that they have free stroller to use. We ate lunch there and the food was excellent. The bathrooms are always very clean. I can't say that I have ever been disappointed when I shopped there, as I have been there a few times altogether. read more

I gave one star because you can't pick lower than one star. I bought a stand up mixer the Saturday before the holidays, because mom's was old and completely died. The guy I talked to was really nice, and said the one I was considering was a great mixer. 3 weeks later my brother made cookies, and the beater fell out mangling it. My mom ate a cookie, and discovered a piece of the mixer baked into the cookie...she could've choked on it. Today, I took it back...after telling the story to the manager, all he said was, "If all you wanted to do is make a complaint, you should've called Hamilton Beach.". EXCUSE ME, BUT MY MOTHER COULD'VE DIED DUE TO THE DEFECTIVE UNIT!!! No apology or compassion...he barely wanted to give me a refund. He put in the computer for reasons for return...."Customer changed mind" I don't think so, how about, "Defective mixer could've killed my mom, and the manager could've cared less.". DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! THEY DON'T CARE!!! read more
