The store is beautiful and the product was very well organized and presented very well. I SCORED 5 beautiful handbags for $412! That's the best deal i've ever come across for any authentic brand handbags. I just so happened to stop in during an awesome sale which was already ranging from 50%-70% off with an addition 20% off too. So satisfied with my purchase! I am definitely looking forward to my next trip back.

I asked for a manager and this lady came and O asked attempted to explain what had occurred with her employee, but she kept looking at bewildered and confused, she proceeded to state I don't even know we have that but ok, I tried to explained to her, her employees rude behavior but she just kept acting bewildered and confused, and made no effort to understand what O was saying. I felt as if both white woman treated me rude due to my Hispanic ethnicity....both parties very rude and unprofessional....

I contacted customer service, and they explained that the store manager has the discretion to make the final decision. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I simply wanted to exchange the shoes for a different size for my son. Unfortunately, the manager refused to make an exception, even though it was only two days past the return period. I ended up having to purchase another pair for my son for his birthday. What disappointed me most was the way the situation was simply handled and that the final decision had been made. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. Good customer service starts with good management, and a good manager can make a big difference in keeping customers coming back.

Prices were very low, I assume some of this is due to the Holiday season. The person who helped me showed several sets of studs, some he showed me more than once. After I settled on a set I paid half cash and put the other half on a Visa card. Not once did they ask me or pressure me to apply for a Kevin credit card. Honestly I don't even know if they have one. I told the gentleman how I was going to pay when I approached the counter. Kevin is recommended by me, I was in here for just under thirty minutes, and left with my gift wrapped and all. Good service, good selection, and excellent pricing. So much more professional than our recent fiasco with Jared in Bakersfield. I will return.

I have a watch with a metal bracelet, that needs to be fitted for me, and a watch that needs a replacement battery. I found Kevin Jewelers on Apple Maps. According to their page they open at 09:00. I figured that was incorrect, because they are inside an outlet mall. So I called the store to find out their hours. The message told me I called outside their store hours, and to call back during business hours. That's great if the message told you what the business hours were, it did not. The mall opened at 10:00 am. I figured it was a safe bet that Kevin's would be open. This was at 11:00 and they were still closed. According to the very friendly, and helpful gentleman in guest services for the mall all the stores are to be opened at 10:00 am unless they notify the mall of a problem. The mall was never notified of any issues. The store finally opened at 11:30. They informed me very (rudely I would add) that they cannot change a battery or adjust my watch bracelet. First because I didn't purchase the watch from them. Then it changed to because they don't have a jeweler. I told them if they answered their phone I could have saved a trip. The woman told me over and over that I didn't call. She basically called me a liar. The staff here were very rude, and unprofessional. Their branch at the Forum Shops in Caesar Palace sold the clothes at cheaper prices than here. You can find something for all ages and genders at H&M. Shop was orderly and clean considering how busy they are. Service was decent. Fine place to check out. Just don't expect outlet prices.

She was so bothered by it, and kept searching for them until she realized they were on one of the mannequins. Yayyyy I got to take home the right size. This was the chance for my husband to do some power shopping. Shivering at the door with our dogs, we were immediately invited inside. The staff was extremely nice and helpful here. When they treat our dogs well too, it's almost a 5-star store right there! My husband bought some some shirts, my son found some gloves, and we bought tons of great stuff for my brother and father-in-law for Christmas! It was nice that the staff was so helpful in finding out all the right sizes and even pointed out which items were on sale. I had never shopped at this store before, but I now have a nice store to find wonderful items for family and friends. With the added great service, I am now a huge Merrell fan!

The prices weren't good enough for me to come back, but that kid deserves a raise. I don't see his name on the receipt but it's cashier #3349682 and I remember from his tag he likes video games. Management take note. He's great!

Just visited Tejon Outlets and I must say, it should be labeled as a mall rather than an outlet. I was expecting to find some great deals, as the name "outlet" suggests, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The variety of stores and the overall ambiance is great, don't get me wrong. It's a nice place to spend the day shopping and dining. However, if you're looking for those deep discounts typically associated with outlet shopping, you might be a bit disappointed. The prices seemed more in line with what you'd find at a regular mall, not the bargain prices I was hoping for. So, if you're planning a trip to Tejon Outlets in search of some amazing deals, you might want to adjust your name fool you into thinking you're going to find unbeatable deals. read more

Clean bathrooms to use if you're passing through and a good selection of stores. I scored on a parka from Columbia: normally 150 dollars and I got it for 50 dollars. HOWEVER This place attracts some of the most trashy and ghetto individuals. I just witnessed two guys run out of Tilly's with a bag full of stolen merchandise and get away with it. So if you're passing through, make sure you don't leave your valuables in sight because people seem to take things around 'dez parts. read more

Went shopping with my family yesterday for my nephew and was racially profiled. We were followed by many of the employees there and was being watched like hawks. We spent a lot of money there, but this store and the Tejon Outlets will never see a penny from us anymore. We were excited about buying clothes for my expectant nephew; however, being discriminated against took away that joy. If you are of black beware you will get harassed at these stores. read more

My mom love this outlet , I personally think it's just okay . They really need to do something with choices where to eat at. Another thing is it's so sunny they don't have any shade unless your walking really close to the doors of the shops. A lot of empty spaces , the only thing I'm excited about is finally they are bringing in a Kate Spade . I'll wait till that store comes in An I'll do another Review on the outlet. read more

Newer outlet, so I guess there were fewer people than other outlets. Great parking, but not such a good choice of shops as some of the other outlets. Food court has a woefully small range of choices. It's also a convoluted route to get to it off the freeway. Looks like they'll be expanding the in future. Hopefully it gets better. read more

We spent a couple hours there yesterday (Saturday). Surprisingly, it was quiet, not a lot of people. Had a horrible experience at Tommy Hilfiger (just wrote a separate review). For all other stores we visited, it was not bad. Limited lunch selections at the food court. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. read more

Horrible customer service. I walked into the store and was…read morethe only customer in the store. 4 workers were chatting at the cash register. One greeted me quickly and then went back to chatting. I walked the entire perimeter of the store - picking up purses and inspecting them. Not one time did anyone offer any assistance. As I walked out the door, there was somewhere there who told me goodbye. I went a few doors down to Kate Spade and was greeted and offered excellent customer service. I bought a purse. I then returned to speak to the manager of Coach to let her know of the customer service failure and lost sale and it turned out she was the chatterer that briefly greeted me. As a leader, she led her staff to lose a sale.
