But when I needed a damage tire fix or replaced he said he said he didn't have the tire but would have it by the next day and set an appointment for the following day at 5 PM. The next day I called about 430 and said I might be five minutes late and he said no problem. I arrived at 5:05 and he told me he didn't have the tire and couldn't help me. I explained that the tire was damaged and I took a chance just coming there with it again he told me he couldn't help me. He didn't even offer to look at the tire to see if it could be patched. He said the shop on cabela drive had four of the tires and I could go over there. When I walked out he said be careful, I was so upset and wondered if he would have sent his mother or wife off with a damaged tire. Buy then it was about 5:20 and traffic in Madison is horrible so I went home and was grateful the tire made it . Someone should have called or told me when I called that they didn't have the tire. I think he just wanted to go home and wasn't making money off of a warranty. I will get my tire and then I will never use or recommend Tire discounters to anyone. I'll go to Avis, Firestone or Big Hearted Eddys, anywhere but there.

Each visit came with a new explanation, a new part, and the same unresolved problem. Even after keeping my truck for days and promising it was fixed, it wasn't. They greeted us when we walked in and even though it took awhile to speak with someone, they thanked us for our patience and told us someone would be with us momentarily. Those types of things are very important. After speaking with someone about an issue I had with another tire store, they even apologized for my negative experience. I also noticed, the store was well kept, bright, and inviting. Just based on my customer service experience alone, I would definitely recommend Discount Tire.

One…read moremonth later I went through a car wash and the wheel brushes apparently loosened or removed my wheel balacing counterweights. My car was riding rough after that so I took it back to Mavis and they checked the wheel balance and sure enough the weights were missing. Pricing was insanely competitive, and Chris even worked his magic to knock some extra off, because having your alternator go out on a Wednesday isn't fun for anyone's bank account in this economy. They pushed to get my car done quickly so I could pick my son up on time from school- and even had a mechanic pause his work to drive me up the road to my house so I could eat and get our second vehicle in case they ran over with the repair. Nope they told us to come in and wait 4 hours... Update: Went to Express Oil Change.. got my car in in 10 minutes with good customer service.
