The 2 was given because the person at the desk…read more- Destiny - was extremely rude and unpleasant with myself and other customers waiting with me. Destiny made comments such as, "I'm just done with all these people" and "I'm over all these people" when we asked when our vehicles would be completed. My understanding is the the one gentleman had been waiting over an hour and a half - two hours past the time he expected and she was mad he asked for an update? When she went outside, my family members that were waiting for me in their car, heard her talking about me to other employees and other customers! This is UNACCEPTABLE. In addition, she made an error in checking me out, so she told me I would not be charged for the addition. After I left - without notifying me - she charged my debit card the addiontional charges. When I called to ask why, I was hung up on three times in a row. I sent a message to the text message and asked the question; her response that she should have asked management first and she was going to charge it anyway. Again - UNACCEPTABLE! I was not even told this before they charged this to my card. We have a second vehicle to get done. After her rude and unacceptable behavior and the way she talked about me, I will find another business establishment. I hate it for the employees that do the work. She ruined it for the us all.
