But instead, I've been dealing with this nightmare for almost a month now. I came to All Stars Window Tinting to get my Volkswagen Passat tinted. I ended up coming back three times due to bubbles, lines, creases, and poor installation. After the third visit, I asked for a refund for the front windshield because I was just exhausted from coming back over and over again. Later, I noticed deep cuts on my front windshield -- clearly from a blade. The scratches match exactly where the tint was originally cut and replaced. These aren't surface marks -- these are serious, permanent scratches on my glass. The rear windshield, which also had bubbles and needed to be redone, was never fixed. Instead, they told me, "Come back again next week." But I've already been driving like this for three weeks, and they never replaced it. No refund was given for that either. The only thing they re-did was the rear passenger window, and even that had to be redone several times. One of the employees, Perry Griffin, spoke to me in a raised voice and refused to give me the name of the second person who worked on my car. That felt very unprofessional and intimidating. I'm from Ukraine and don't speak English very well. I truly feel like I was taken advantage of. I'm not asking for perfection -- I just wanted normal-quality tint, like everyone else gets. I've tinted other cars before and I know how it should look. I also want to mention that I sent an official complaint to the company by email, because I wasn't given any information about the owner or who handles customer issues. I really hope someone responds and takes this seriously. I have photos before and after, as well as receipts to prove everything I've said here. I deeply regret trusting this shop and would not recommend them to anyone.
