High end shop with extreme professionalism! They've installed 2 systems in 2 of my trucks. Installs where very clean and done right. Ive come here 3 times now and each time something was wrong with service, i had speakers pit in and came back 2 days later for something stronger and had to pay the full $300 labor price when they didnt even have to replace any wiring for the newer set up(they said they would have to). So $300 out of a $1000 was just wasted money. I came back to get my touchscreen radio looked at, and when they said I was good to leave i go outside to all the panels for my dash loose and absolutely out of place. I had to go back in and tell them to fix it. Came back with the new radio which they yet again left stuff pushed out and not placed correctly, with glue all over the buttons. They even upped the price of what I was originally told by forty more dollars on top of what was needed. It is all just lazy, and unprofessional work for a price payed by the customer. read more

Tried to order stuff here through the front desk was told it was on order one month goes by checks on it never came in. Check on it again still not in check on it six months later it's still not there. I wish they had been upfront with me and said they weren't gonna order the stuff so that I would not waste my time waiting on them to allegedly order these things to be installed at their shop. CUSTOMER SERVICE, I don't think they know what that is if they don't want to provide what they say they are going to provide. If you're looking for off the shelf, generic speakers amps and subs. This is a decent place for that. They have a pretty good selection of boxes and off the shelf speakers more complicated than that and this is not the spot to go to. It's kind of like a flea market shop that's what you go there , comment on the quality officialism because they never actually got in my truck, but this was my experience with this company and business. read more

I had my system installed there, 2 amp to the car factory radio worked good for 2 weeks then my amps would stay on over night and kill my battery, till it finally quit playing after 1 month of installation , took it back to get it looked at and they fried my 1,200 $ amp, dude treated me like I was stupid saying that old amps will burn up for no reason While I was seeing my 2 speaker wires touching each other and he still charged me 70 dollars for removing the amp they burnt at the shop , I said to my self ill take a lost on this one and told him I dint want to argue with him and payed him his 70 and left wont be going back there again , this is just some of the bull I went trough , bought a 400$ memphis amp from him but some how I ended up with 200 $ extreme custom amp thats worth half that and dint refund my money , I learn the hard way I had a couple of friends that worn me not to go there but I dint listen don't be like me read more

The old saying "fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice, shame on you." I have took my Jeep before to have an aftermarket radio put in. Took it back for them to fix the problems they created. I thought I would give them another chance and took my Jeep to have some aftermarket lights put on and fix a problem with my control board. I was again disappointed with wires hanging loose, a part took off my cargo door that left my tail light exposed, and work done very poorly. Im just done and should have been done after the first incident, so yeah I will take blame for giving a business another chance. Time to now find someone to fix the problems they created. read more
