CUSTOMER SERVICE, I don't think they know what that is if they don't want to provide what they say they are going to provide. If you're looking for off the shelf, generic speakers amps and subs. This is a decent place for that. They have a pretty good selection of boxes and off the shelf speakers more complicated than that and this is not the spot to go to. It's kind of like a flea market shop that's what you go there , comment on the quality officialism because they never actually got in my truck, but this was my experience with this company and business.
