This location recently cut their late night hours; the app (not the website!) will tell you if they're going to be open late. They do seem to be open all night on Friday and Saturday nights, otherwise closing at times that seem to be shifting around between 9 PM and midnight.

I have no personal dietary needs but having family that does, I know how sub-par in taste and texture GF and DF foods can be, but everything Coleman made was absolutely delicious, flavorful, and made with care.
