The callous removal was basically non existent, which was the whole reason I went. When I checked out, they charged 69$ for the pedicure plus 20$ for the gel. When I asked, they said that I got an upgraded pedicure and it didn't include the gel. They never once said anything until checkout. They also made sure to asked for a 20% tip. The whole thing felt like a scam. I will not be back and will not recommend to anyone.
