We immediately received a quote and a date for the project. Timberline kept to that date and kept us updated as to their arrival time. We are very happy with the service we received from Erich and the crew (Jake, Julian, Neil G., Corey, Zachary, Neil A.) Everyone was very friendly and professional and we learned that some of the crew members had been with the company for nearly twenty years. They worked together seamlessly. They took great care around fencing, exposed sprinkler lines, and other trees. Flush cutting the stump was more difficult than expected but they did a great job, especially given the proximity to an above ground drip line. His equipment is unbelievable and it is obvious that he invest in his business to help in grow. Yesterday we were planting a tree for shade in our parking lot. It was where we had Sawtooth remove tree a couple of years ago. We ran into some root problems that stop our progress on digging the hole. I called Kat at their man office letting her know my situation and really needed help. She had Skyler the company manager call me and asked what I needed. He had a crew come out within a hour with their root removal grinder to clear the area out that we were having the problems. Korey and Carter were very polite and professional and did an excellent job grinding the area out so we could continue to dig our hole for the new tree. This is outstanding customer service. I gave up after they canceled three times and did not get my deposit back for three weeks. I made the mistake of calling them two months ago. They made an appointment to come out and look at the tree that needed trimming, but they showed up early, so I did not have the opportunity to speak with anyone. I received a bid that was higher than others, but I wanted a quality job so I went with them. Don't be fooled by the professional website. They try to upsell you on other services. Okay, I paid the deposit and then waited... a week later they contacted me and told me when they would come out for the service. I made arrangements with the tenants, then they rescheduled due to heat and smoke. Understandable. We set another date; I notified the tenants, and they canceled again. Then somebody called me and said that they could do it on Sunday. On Monday, they said they couldn't do the job, but would stop by with a pole trimmer. At that point, I asked about the refund policy. Without further conversation, I got a text saying my refund had been processed. Two weeks later, I called to ask about the refund. More runaround, then I got an email stating it was being processed by their corporate office in New York. I did receive it after about three weeks. In the meantime, I called an actual local company, Priceless Tree Care. They showed up on time, were very knowledgeable, charged no upfront deposit, and did a great job. Don't waste your time with Savatree.

What a great experience! I started working with Green Morning this Spring. I was looking for a…read morecompany to mow my lawn, and possibly some sprinkler repair and seasonal clean up. But the first thing I needed done was a sprinkler repair. What I really noticed right away was the professional communication and punctuality of this company. They use systems to help them keep track of things and communicate with you and when they say they're going to be there, they show up. Now that lawn mowing season has started it just took a few minutes to go over my preferences for the service with them, including edging and cleanup, and off they went. Josiel was quick to let me know that after the first mowing, there would be individuals who did not have English as a first language. I could really care less about that. What I care about is the job that they do. So far, I have been exceptionally satisfied and I assume that's going to continue. By the way, the reason I started this quest was I was using a different company last summer, and with all the ICE raids that went on, the non English speaking people left the company. They were replaced by a bunch of Americans that for the life of them they could not mow a straight line or edge a straight line. I would have tall grass in between the cut rows that I would have to go out and cut after the fact. Now this may sound racist but I do think that the Hispanic workers that I have had doing work on my property have done far better work than anyone else that I've hired. I saw a recent rant on here on Yelp, reviewing this company, and the individual had very little to say about the work that was done other than they didn't speak English. Like I said, I could care less what language they speak if they do a great job. I strongly encourage you to consider this company for your lawn care and Landscaping needs.
