But the first thing I needed done was a sprinkler repair. What I really noticed right away was the professional communication and punctuality of this company. They use systems to help them keep track of things and communicate with you and when they say they're going to be there, they show up. Now that lawn mowing season has started it just took a few minutes to go over my preferences for the service with them, including edging and cleanup, and off they went. Josiel was quick to let me know that after the first mowing, there would be individuals who did not have English as a first language. I could really care less about that. What I care about is the job that they do. So far, I have been exceptionally satisfied and I assume that's going to continue. By the way, the reason I started this quest was I was using a different company last summer, and with all the ICE raids that went on, the non English speaking people left the company. They were replaced by a bunch of Americans that for the life of them they could not mow a straight line or edge a straight line. I would have tall grass in between the cut rows that I would have to go out and cut after the fact. Now this may sound racist but I do think that the Hispanic workers that I have had doing work on my property have done far better work than anyone else that I've hired. I saw a recent rant on here on Yelp, reviewing this company, and the individual had very little to say about the work that was done other than they didn't speak English. Like I said, I could care less what language they speak if they do a great job. I strongly encourage you to consider this company for your lawn care and Landscaping needs.

Based on our input he drew up a "low maintenance" plan that we approved. The following Spring, the entire front yard was re-landscaped. New trees and shrubbery were added. Upgrades were made to the irrigation system. They also subcontracted with a concrete curbing firm that provided edge enhancements for the planted areas. Thad helped us pick out slate to accent different areas of the yard. In the backyard, they upgraded the irrigation system, planted shrubbery and had curbing installed. The landscaping received rave reviews by the neighbors. Misty, from Sterling, has led a team out every Spring to clean up, prune and prepare the yard for Spring and Summer. Flash forward to January we get a call saying they werent paid for the sprinkler blow out, I check all my accounts and they were not paid, but a male employee took my credit card info over the phone in october, and I never heard from them again. Obviously the charge was never sent through. I never received a bill in the mail (although she says shes sending one now, January 2023). But has proceded to treat me with RUDE and unprofessional behavior, for reasons unknown to me. My mail box was full and she went KAREN on me about it. I am not sure who is in charge of your billing system, but please send bills out immediately if they are not paid instead of harassing and berating your customers. Honest mistakes happen, if a bill wasn't paid, that is YOUR responsibility to follow up with it with written documentation, not phone calls demanding payment without context. Please look into this individual, if you are the owner then SHAME ON YOU. I would NEVER recommend this OVERPRICED shotty service.
