I have a garden window in my kitchen and they sprayed all around it and got the spray all over the window. My front door was sprayed along the sides and top with spray that got lots of spray on my glass screen door. Just how many pests are going to crawl up the wall into my garden kitchen window? Obviously none. The spray dried and it took me a long time to remove the spray from my glass screen door and the garden kitchen window. This happened the next year and I called them to clean the glass. Today for the third time my glass screen door was sprayed from top to bottom. I caught the gal doing the spraying and she said it wasn't intentional but it certainly could have been or it was pure carelessness. I told her that it wasn't necessary to spray in my area and she said that she would make sure that it was in their notes not to spray my area. Not but a few minutes later she came back into my area and was spraying above the entrance to my carport. When she saw me she ran off. What kind of employees do they have that are so disrespectful of homeowners property? Employees who can't follow homeowners instructions?

They were patient too, since it took from fall, for the initial quote, to February before I was able to schedule the work. I had requested another company's quote and just got a better detailed description of what all they planned or thought was needed to do (and why) than the other company, so I went with Treasure Tree & Landscape.
