With that said, I have always had issues with communication. No one picks up the phone when you call, so it's hard to communicate with anyone. Sometimes they were quick to respond to emails, sometimes they weren't. My main issues and why I finally decided to cancel their services was due to how they handle rescheduling and their price increase this year. If they had to cancel on you due to weather or other reasons, they won't come back the next day. They will reschedule for the following week, which leaves you with a long lawn for a week. This company seemed promising and I think they could be better with improved communication. Seems like they have too much work and can't handle their current load.
