The food is straightforward and unembellished. To be honest, I've had better steaks. I ordered the 10 oz., and it was a bit inconsistent -- velvety in parts, gristly in others, and slightly under-seasoned. But what I appreciated most was the feeling of stepping into a time machine. But there was zero seasoning -- not even salt or pepper -- which was underwhelming given the price tag. For the two of us, one 10 oz and one 16 oz steak, the bill was just over $150 with a water and a soda, no drinks. That's steep for a no-frills experience.
